A smaller station with 16 platforms . We went back to the Munchen airport with only one change. (3…read morehours) Saw a handful of restaurants-Cafe, sandwiches, poke/Sushi, Burger King and a Starbucks. One of the coffee stands was open early at 4:30 am. Small, enclosed waiting area with about 25 seats on platform 2 side. The short term issue, currently (March,23), is they are renovating the station. Will be nice when it is completed but for now there are longer walks to the taxi queue and exits.

Your basic station with only a waiting area and a ticket dispenser! Why it get's a four star is…read moreonly because of it's location! This station runs in the train valley and is actually A REALLY good station to go to if you're heading north form the city center for any reason! The first time I went to that area I took the U bahn and had to walk for 20 minutes before reaching my destination! I didn't know that the S bahn goes there to this station so the next time I took it and once reaching this station walked for five minutes to my destination! Note: S bahn is faster than U bahn too! U bahn stops a lot!
