After surgery, I developed a seroma and have had severe pain, pressure, and ongoing issues that never should have been brushed off the way they were. I understand no surgery comes with guarantees, but there is a huge difference between a known complication and a doctor who does not meaningfully deal with it when it happens. What has been most disturbing to me is not just the outcome, it's how little accountability there has been. I spent nearly a year trying to handle this privately and reasonably. I asked for help. I asked for resolution. I asked for my records and contract. What did I get? Five photos and a letter basically telling me that he might consider a partial refund only if I removed my review and agreed not to say anything further. That told me everything I needed to know. At that point, it became very clear that Dr. Goldschmidt seemed far more concerned about his reputation and online reviews than about the actual patient sitting in front of him dealing with pain, complications, and a failed result. And yes, I am now looking at revision surgery elsewhere. That is not a small thing. This was not cheap. This was not minor. And this has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially for nearly a full year. Patients deserve to know when a doctor appears more focused on controlling reviews than taking real accountability when something goes wrong. If this is how complications are handled behind the scenes, I think that is deeply concerning, and I do have to wonder how many other patients have been treated this way after the fact. He recommended his "weekend lift" despite the fact that I'd already had a mini facelift 7 years prior. I ended up looking just about identical to what I did prior to the operation. I was also told a necklift was included, yet there was NO difference in my neck at all (before and after pictures speak for themselves). Also, there's certain things a patient should be doing/avoiding 2 weeks prior to surgery. No one contacted me to give me any directions on stopping ibuprofen,etc. I had to call them and ask. I also found them to be friendly until the surgery is over. You then become a number. For 12,000 I was ripped off. Of course when I brought him my concerns I was told it would get better over time...it did not. I was then gaslit and told it looked fine. Really?. It was only my 3rd time getting a botox/Xeomin injection ever. The first couple of times i had botox from different facilities it was great but for some unfortunate reason Google brought me for my 3rd session and the nurse who injected me either didn't know the proper anatomical landmarks or she simply over diluted the product to save more products which a lot of med spas do. I had to go back after two weeks because the injection didn't work and even after the second session to correct what didn't work the first time, sadly it still failed and did nothing. I was so frustrated and flabbergasted, i dont know if the nurse just inject a fake Xeomin on me or just plain old Normal Saline. Anyways, i went to another facility to correct the issue and it worked so i know there's something weong the nurse did to me. What a tragic and sad situation. I'm pretty sure they'll also dilute the fillers so they could save the products. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This place is a corrupt.

He gave me an offer that was 3 Morpheus 8 treatments, face and neck, plus included a free cool peel as my last treatment. My first impression of Dr Parry was he was a caring man and cared for his patients. And the girl working for him was such a sweetheart. I made later appointments because I work. 1st visit, I went in and the girl, (I believe her name is Katie, very sweet), put numbing cream on my face and neck. I had to constantly remind Dr Parry that my neck was included. They came and got me and put me in the procedure room. Dr Parry came in, I was excited. Every visit he seemed rushed. Seemed like he took his frustrations of his day on my face/skin. I knew he was going to be aggressive, he mentioned it. But it felt like he was trying to put that machine through my bones. Thank God for the nerve block. This was extreme. When He was done with my face, I had to remind him I paid for my neck. He rushed my neck. The end of my first treatment I felt frustrated. 2nd treatment, I went in, later appointment. The last one of the day. She numbed my face. He did the nerve block shot, left and came back. Then he starts talking to his assistant Katie and me about one of his clients that came in earlier that day all glammed up and he didn't recognize her, she got offended/upset because he didn't know who she was. He told us that because she thought she was beautiful he was supposed to know her. Talk about awkward. After the first visit I really wasn't excited about going in and getting anymore done. And now this second visit was worse, totally something a professional doctor shouldn't be talking about in front of or with other clients. He did my face and was very aggressive on spots I didn't think he should have been on and gentle on spots that he should have been a little more aggressive on. It seemed like his aggressiveness was pinned up frustration these visits were definitely not what or how you think a person in his position should handle procedures or shop talk. Again, he forgot my neck. I shouldn't have to remind a doctor what I paid for. He should know before he walks in that procedure room door!!! After 2 months I kept looking at my face and it seemed like my eyes, cheeks and neck were looking worse. But the reviews say it takes a few months for this procedure to be noticeable on your skin. So, I waited. I wasn't the smiling bubbly self I usually am. I was just like going through the motions. The only thing I genuinely was happy to see in that office was Katie. 3rd visit, a different girl took me into the procedure room. She told me she didn't need to numb me that day. I asked her why. She said I didn't need it. I told her this was my third M8 procedure and they have numbed and gave me shots on everyone thus far. She left and Katie came in apologizing, she numbed my face. He came in gave me the nerve shots and left. Dr Parry and the other girl came in to do the procedure, which he came in sooner this time than any of the other times after the shots. They came in and immediately started talking about ordering things for his office and what they were low on. She had a pad sitting down taking notes, which was fine with me as long as he's paying attention. As he's talking about the stuff he needs, he starts using words like shit and damn, which again is fine BUT they were doing a procedure on a patient. I thought to myself, "Here we go again, just get through this and one more and I never have to come back". As he's doing my face he's repeating one area and not doing overall face. I'm laying there and pretty much can feel the burning because the shots didn't go into effect full force yet. He did one strip down the left side of my neck and that's all he did to my neck and stopped. I was so frustrated by this visit, I actually got teary eyed and thought I was going to cry. My final appointment, the cool peel. I was more excited hoping that would help my skin bounce back from the torture of the last 3 months. I went in, it was over quicker than me walking up into the office from my car. The only time I saw Dr Parry smile was in the beginning when he was doing my consultation. Maybe I caught him on a good day. I just know I will never go back to him. I waited to do this review months later because everywhere I read about this procedure said it takes time and months for the results to become visible. Well six months later and my face and neck look worse. Loose cheek/neck skin. I wish I would have done the laser. I'm sure that would have been much better on my face and neck instead of the pushing down on my skin stretching it. I have never been so disappointed. I do know that my overall experience, I think he did more harm to my skin than anything. Very frustrating experience.

My husband is deaf in one ear and cannot hear good in the other, and they would not let me in at all to help him understand what this surgery would be about. I go in on all of his appts because of his hearing, so one of us has a full understanding of what it entails. And before us they took in a very old lady by herself with a walker, and you can tell she did not have all her facilities, while her daughter kept saying " I need to go in with her" " Please". She could not go in. It is obvious that these are not compassionate doctors. It is a sad statement. No other Dr. has ever done this is us.
