The beautiful, kid-friendly beach with super-soft sand is just across the street. It's a public beach and it gets busy, but you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and a lockbox (a little over €18 a day for the full package, but you can scale down). Or, you can find your own space for free if you have or don't need an umbrella, etc. it turns out that Mallorca is a huge vacation spot for Germans. As Americans, we loved meeting people from Germany and other countries. It was so nice to barely hear English at the pool lol. And, speaking of the pool, it was really lovely. There was a shallow section for kids and then a regular section for everyone else. The buffet dinner was perfectly adequate and the free breakfast in the morning was a really nice perk. We had some special dietary requirements and we knew we would be cooking a lot, so we wrote ahead and asked for a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge is relatively small and it's a tiny little sink, but we had everything we needed. We purchased dish soap and a couple of extra kitchen towels. We eventually learned how to use the single burner induction stove-top. Overall, we were really pleased. it was a wonderful and relaxing place to be.

The owners are very friendly, knowledgable about the city and Mallorca and, above all, offer a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I went here for a few days with some friends on a trip to Spain and had an amazing adventure. The grounds are beautiful with so much to see that you truly do not need to leave the property. We came here after a weekend of partying in Ibiza for some much needed R&R. The dining experiences are absolutely 5 stars. The thai food that we ate was incredible and their Spanish style tapas restaurant is amazing. The rooms have gigantic bathrooms and balconies for days. I'm giving it four stars, but only because of it's location. If you want to see more of Palma and get a cultural experience, I would not stay here as it is quite far away from the center of Mallorca. If you want some relaxation and more of a resort feel, I recommend staying here.

The internet is free. It is a good hotel but at times the room service is lacking and not crazy about the bathroom which is a combined tub and shower which can be a bit messy. The view from the balconies is fantastic. Great place for a non-beach vacation with high-end expectations

Nearly every interaction with hotel staff included some form of shock, followed by explanations of how we even found this hotel in America! Mallorca, and especially the east side of the island, is heavily German with a small sprinkling of British. Nearly everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are big, the balconies are awesome, the breakfast and dinner service is sublime, and the pool is about as kick ass as a pool can get (though a water slide can always improve things. : D). Unfortunately, I cannot support the beds. They are the equivalent of sleeping on wooden boards. Rock hard with the lowest quality sheets possible. That said, I can't place the blame squarely on this hotel, since poor beds seem to be a common theme throughout all of Europe. They really don't know what a comfortable bed is, the way we do here in the US. We actually had to take the thick blankets from the closet, lay them on the bed and cover them with the sheets to try adding a slight layer of softness to our bed. The other thing that I have to mention is the air conditioning. Or lack thereof. Most hotels in Europe require you to insert your room key into a slot to activate the lighting and air conditioning. As such, as soon as you arrive, you walk into a sauna. It literally took nearly 24 hours to cool down the room. And even then it was just so/so. We had to leave the air on for our entire 5 day stay, even while we were out so it would stay cool. No good. WIFI was spotty at best, and only worked in the lobby (no option to pay for in-room wifi). We ended up just using the hotel's computer room (1 Euro=10 minutes) whenever we wanted to check in. Other than that, fantastic hotel. Since this was an all inclusive resort, it reminded me a lot of the cruise we took last year. Breakfast and dinner are served at the same times each day, you start to see familiar faces throughout the hotel grounds, and they have events every day ranging from pool aerobics and tennis lessons, to nightly entertainment. I would definitely stay again, if they can fix the air problem (I know the bed thing may never change. Damn it, Europe...)

This is without doubt the very best restaurant on the entire island. That's saying a lot because there are many, many excellent restaurants spread across Mallorca. It's a little gem of a place - about 10 tables max. when outdoor seating is in season - and reservations are needed in order to dine. Because of the intimate size of the restaurant and the fact that everything is run and prepared by the beautiful couple that owns the place (Hanan and Antonio) it is worth the effort to reserve ahead. The food is prepared to order and is of the highest quality. Antonio is originally from Naples, Italy and his Southern Italian creations are especially good. They have a wonderful wine list, serve only locally grown and seasonal produce, fish and meat and have a nice dessert menu for those with a sweet tooth. Sit back, relax, let Hanan and Antonio guide you to a wonderfully authentic Italian dinner. Five out of five stars only because that's the limit here!

Possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Bold claim…read moreyou may say, and yes I have stayed in some amazing hotels across the globe, but this one was exactly what I needed when I needed it - stylish, quiet, peaceful, clean, authentic and also had great food available in the restaurant and on the room service menu. We had a junior suite (room 4 in case you are thinking of booking it) and we could not have been happier. Huge bed, spa bath, massive walk in shower, great wi-fi connection and an atmosphere that meant a couple of days during our stay, we actually didn't leave the room because we were so relaxed and catered for. The building is an old farm that took 3 years to develop into a hotel, it has maintained the small original church on site, a heated pool has been installed and the hotel actually owns the grounds all the way down to the coast. The grounds can be viewed and explored on one of the bikes that can be taken from the hotel. Try the Iberian ham on the room service menu, the price is a bit steep, but it is some of the best I have ever eaten!
