I had a terrible reaction and one of the midwives asked if I was faking it. I was shaking and sweating about to pass out not able to speak because of the pain and she asked if I was faking it. No one told me I needed a ride home but after my reaction I had to get a ride home which I also had to take care of in a very delerious state. As I stumbled to the lobby no one asked if I was ok (I passed several nurses) or checked to see if I had arranged a ride home. This was the worst medical situation I've had in my life and although I need to go back for a check up, I don't trust them anymore because they don't seem to care.

I went here a few months ago after finding out that I was pregnant with my third baby. I delivered…read moremy second baby in Doylestown, this past November and decided to try this office since it was closer for us. Upon entering the office, I felt like I was back in the early 1990's. The office is incredibly outdated, there were a few staff members standing around talking before I was called to the window. I was called back after about thirty minutes of sitting in the waiting room. I don't recall the doctors name who saw me but he was old and not very happy. He proceeded to do an exam and performed a pap smear/culture on my first visit. I know, from my last two pregnancies, most doctors don't do exams in the first trimester but I thought, this doctor must be different. Anyway, I wasn't sure about my menstrual cycle length so, the doctor couldn't provide me with a definitive due date until, I went to St. Mary's for an ultrasound. I was given a three week difference between due dates. That's massive! I felt rushed through the visit and immediately decided that Doylestown wasn't really that far after all. Fast forward almost three months later, I received a phone call from this office to schedule a visit. The woman on the phone said "you haven't been seen in almost three months," I replied "I found another Doctor," she paused for a long, awkward moment and proceeded to say "umm, most people call and let us know." I dont really understand what I need to let her know especially, after almost three months! She proceeded to lecture me in a condescending tone about "transferring records." I couldn't get a word in to let her know that I was seen that same week, by the doctor in Doylestown and nothing needed to be transferred so, I hung up. Maybe this office should train their employees in customer service skills and how to handle answers that they dont want to hear. I also like the practice in Doylestown because I'm never rushed and every test/ultrasound is done in the office. For those of you who are interested in going to an up to date Doctor, I highly suggest Dinesen and Associates.

I was coming to him after a diagnosis that I would need surgery by another doctor. He explained to me that the other doctor was mistaken and it turns out I am fine. When I got pregnant he and his father gave me excellent prenatal care. I was so fortunate to have Dr. Chris deliver my daughter last year. He made the whole experience very pleasant and my prenatal visits were a breeze. I completely recommend this practice.
