He roasts all his own coffees- and there are many! Syrups are free AND house-made, so that's pretty amazing. Some locals showed up and we had the best conversation about Albion. Our ancestors all grew up in nearby Ellery in the 1800's so it was exciting to have coffee in the downtown area they likely traveled to albeit with horse and wagon. This is one of those places and I highly recommend you come here for the coffee alone. I wouldn't call it a coffee shop, as it is primarily a restaurant, but it's the closest thing to it and serves a variety of coffee drinks. I just consider it a bonus that they do a great job with the food that they serve. Their menu isn't big, but it feels like they put a greater focus on quality rather than quantity. Everything I have tried here has been superb. Great atmosphere, food, and coffee. You can't go wrong!
