Bagelicious is the very best bagel shop in Westchester. Their bagels taste the best and are the freshest. Their lox spread lasts the longest and tastes the best, along with chive cream cheese too. The egg salad and chicken salad are excellent. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is off the charts delicious. The owner and staff are so accommodating. Sometimes the lines are long to the door and out the door because good things are worth the wait. The place has lots of tables for eating in and the place is always very clean. I feel well treated when I come in. They catered for me twice and everything was perfect, including the prices. I only go to Bagelicious, even though its further than my Chappaqua and Mt. I've lived outside NY for a few years, so my first priority when I go back is usually to get a proper bagel. Not only is NY the only place for good bagels, once there most places also now offer some form of vegan / dairy free cream cheese, which I very much appreciate. Most folks think you have to be somewhere in the 5 boroughs for a NY bagel... but if you find yourself in Westchester you'll still be in luck! If I can give NON I would, but OMG!! My husband went today for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and he specifically said: "very light on cream cheese and jelly, please do not load it!". Now.. look at the pictures and tell me if this place has very poor customer service or they did this with bad intentions. Because even a normal human been will see that there is way too much cream cheese that you can barely see the bagel a lil but because everything else is the creamcheese... SO LOADED!! This is unacceptable!! Wowwwwww horrible and disgusting!!!!! Its looks like a cake you need a spoon, how that $&@ I will bite this.. without make a mess!!! I don't know how people review their bagels as anything but rolls in the shape of bagels. The crust on a bagel is supposed to be crispy. Their bagels are far from it. The outside of their bagels are soft like an egg roll. Everything else is good except their bagels. read more

Horrible services. Slow and disrespectful. Rarely answer the phone to place an order. Then when they do answer you are usually met with attitude. I once asked to pay with a credit card so we didn't have to wait once inside and the response was "omg" followed by an audible sigh. Food has also gone downhill since the start of the pandemic. Bagelicious is the only bagel shop I want to go to. The bagels are consistently fresh (crisp outside and soft inside) and the service is good. I always go for a bagel with butter or cream cheese - both are toasted to perfection with the perfect amount of spread. If I'm feeling crazy, I'll get an egg and cheese on a bagel which is the best in town. The cheese and egg to bagel ratio is spot on. For iced coffee I recommend their hazelnut iced coffee with a touch of cream and caramel - straight fire. Be prepared for a line when you go in because I've never experienced a straight shot to order. My only advice to management is upgrade their payment system from the old cash registers and separate card reader to something like Square. read more

Bagels are good, if you can get one in under 25 minutes. Frankly, I've never seen more people do less. It's almost impossible to describe adequately how slow the service is. God forbid you want your bagel toasted, tack on another 10 minutes for their toaster to do the job while every single employee stands near the toaster waiting for their bagel to pop out. It's a bagel shop, maybe buy two toasters, perhaps even three? Don't try to order ahead either because they don't answer the phone. You also can't order online. Your only choice is to go stand in the out-the-door line caused by the aforementioned seismically slow service. I used to come here every morning before work. Great way to start the morning. It's always packed but the line runs quick. There are about 5 people working behind the counter. Bagels are fresh and made on site. Cream cheese variety is awesome. Bacon egg n cheese are hearty. Ice coffee is great too. They also have rainbow bagels amongst all the others. One of the worst lattes i've ever had - tasted (and looked) like plain milk and i had to ask for more espresso. Also the worker told me they could make a vanilla latte and charged me for it, and when I realized there was no flavor, a different worked informed me they did not have flavoring at all in the store.
