Their bagels are very good. Nice and light! We really like the mini bagels that come plain, sesame seeds, everything and pumpernickel. The egg, bacon & cheese on an everything flagel is also very good We try to make a visit a couple times a month read more

My favorite bagel spot. Warning: Weekends mean huge lines! (Understandable - they're that good!) If you're lucky enough to have time to visit on a weekday, that's your best bet for a small line. Just bear in mind: They close at 3 pm. The staff is super friendly and handle the masses of people amazingly well. Bagels are a great bang for your buck and they have several varieties that are always fresh. Homemade flavored cream cheese and spreads are delicious and their cold salads (egg, macaroni, tuna, chicken) are so good. They do wonderful catering platters too, with a combo of any salads and appetizing you'd like. They also have coffee cubes for your iced coffee order which are an awesome perk! (See what I did there?!) read more

they're too busy to to take an order But they help the next person behind me There were eight people working back behind the counter, but nobody was willing to take an order read more

So the bagels are great at this place, every time I've tried to order some sort of a sandwich, whether it be a breakfast sandwich or deli sandwich or even a salad it is wrong, the order is consistently wrong. They are very slow and constantly make mistakes, I'm tired of it. I will only be going there to buy bagels and to buy cream cheese and have nothing else because this is about the fifth time I've tried, and I am disappointed every single time. There's a picture of the lettuce. I had to pull off of my sandwich in this review, who is doing quality control here and not throwing this out or thinking it's OK to give to a customer. I'm done read more

Bagelicious Cafe - Old shriveled, lettuce that clearly is past its prime, but put on my sandwich regardless. - American Near Me - Thornwood, New York

The best bagels! Cinnamon raisin is a favorite and the walnut raisin cream cheese is delicious.

One of the best bagel shops outside on NYC , highly recommend if you like a hot chewy bagel.

Bagelicious in Thornwood is more than just a bagel shop--it's a true neighborhood gem and the definition of a five-star experience. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the staff, who are incredibly friendly and efficient. The bagels themselves are consistent and delicious. My personal favorites are the Everything Bagel, generously coated on both sides, and their Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The owners truly care about the quality of their food and their community. The service is quick considering the long lines I see sometimes and the food is consistently great. If you live in or are just passing through the Thornwood area, do yourself a huge favor and stop at Bagelicious. You'll never go anywhere else for your bagel fix! Highly, highly recommended! read more

Bagelicious is always bagellicious. Love this place a lot we never go anywhere else for bagels cause this establishment can do no wrong. I understand why it's busy cause everyone thinks the same. The OG go-to is the BEC on everything but changed it up a bit with a sausage and hash brown in it. Also it's always plus with a gluten free bagel! We will always come back! read more

Bagelicious is the very best bagel shop in Westchester. Their bagels taste the best and are the freshest. Their lox spread lasts the longest and tastes the best, along with chive cream cheese too. The egg salad and chicken salad are excellent. The bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is off the charts delicious. The owner and staff are so accommodating. Sometimes the lines are long to the door and out the door because good things are worth the wait. The place has lots of tables for eating in and the place is always very clean. I feel well treated when I come in. They catered for me twice and everything was perfect, including the prices. I only go to Bagelicious, even though its further than my Chappaqua and Mt. Kisco bagel shops. Bagelicious is the very best place to go. read more

Best bagels around. There is a reason why there is a line. I go there weekly and I'm never disappointed.

went with my family this morning to get breakfast for the whole crew, and everybody was so nice and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and will be going back there again. 5 stars read more

seriously I never get an order the way I order it . egg sandwich was so bad asked for butter in it no butter not toasted , coffee made with regular sugar had to throw it out ! ordered mini bagels on the side just two both wrong . pay in cash no service charge they didn't have change ??? seriously ! never again and I'm a local just saying. It was $16 for what it was all wrong ! read more

I've lived outside NY for a few years, so my first priority when I go back is usually to get a proper bagel. Not only is NY the only place for good bagels, once there most places also now offer some form of vegan / dairy free cream cheese, which I very much appreciate. Most folks think you have to be somewhere in the 5 boroughs for a NY bagel... but if you find yourself in Westchester you'll still be in luck! Bagelicious set me up with an amazing everything bagel and some scallion tofu cream cheese. Perfect ratio. Perfect fluffy inside. Would 100% return for more! read more

Good morning all who read these posts, even though the owner of this establishment is a wonderful woman and is doing her best, and most Of her staff is excellent, unfortunately her own Niece is sabotaging all the good the rest do, It does not fail for me to get the wrong order whenever she takes care of me, She does not have a friendly personality it's as if Your bothering her to place an order, Today my order was as simple as simple can be, Toasted scooped sesame seed bagel with melted Cheese, Took it home and I got a sesame seed bagel scooped with cheese, Not toasted no melted cheese, perhaps the issue us with me, My only solution is to go elsewhere and that I would hate to do Ciao read more

Great staff, tremendous selection of bagels and sandwiches for lunch and breakfast, my favorite bagel spot. You don't even need to toast them when they come out warm and fresh read more

If I can give NON I would, but OMG!! My husband went today for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and he specifically said: "very light on cream cheese and jelly, please do not load it!". Now.. look at the pictures and tell me if this place has very poor customer service or they did this with bad intentions. Because even a normal human been will see that there is way too much cream cheese that you can barely see the bagel a lil but because everything else is the creamcheese... SO LOADED!! This is unacceptable!! Wowwwwww horrible and disgusting!!!!! Its looks like a cake you need a spoon, how that $&@ I will bite this.. without make a mess!!! This place need to check there selfs, I am sure that they are wasting way a lot of food and products!! Shame of you!!! read more

For the past decade, I have been a loyal customer of Bagelicious Cafe. Their delicious bagels are always hot and fresh, making them the best in Westchester. The staff is exceptional and their nova salmon is so good . Everything on their menu is incredibly fresh. Excellent bagels! Pairs well with the coffee. Love the baked goods! My GO TO breakfast spot! Long lines sometimes, but worth the wait.

My go to bagel shop. It's busy here for a reason, everything is fresh out of the oven, great and friendly staff. This needs to be your go to spot in Westchester County read more

Open early, great for the early bird. Plenty of free parking. Located in a strip mall. Pretty standard bagel store. They have tea coffee and bottled drinks from the fridge like bottled orange juice. I've been to 5 different bagel shops in the surrounding areas and no one has better bagels than Bagelicious.

like many other reviews said the service and attitudes are bad here. If there was another bagel store competition i would go there.

Bagelicious is the very best bagel shop in Westchester County.their bagels and cream cheeses taste the best and both stay fresh tasting the most. The workers work hard and their are lines to prove that the store is popular. It's not a chain, it's independently owned. The owner is nice. Everything is tasty and delicious. Bagelicious. 5 stars from now on. read more

I don't know how people review their bagels as anything but rolls in the shape of bagels. The crust on a bagel is supposed to be crispy. Their bagels are far from it. The outside of their bagels are soft like an egg roll. Everything else is good except their bagels. read more

I had the best cinnamon raisin bagel in my life here. It was straight out the oven with cream cheese omg!! So good! Rainbow bagel is another one of my Favorites read more

Horrible services. Slow and disrespectful. Rarely answer the phone to place an order. Then when they do answer you are usually met with attitude. I once asked to pay with a credit card so we didn't have to wait once inside and the response was "omg" followed by an audible sigh. Food has also gone downhill since the start of the pandemic. Decent bagels but not great. read more

Let me tell everybody something, this is the most best bagel shop in America. I am from Florida and travel frequently here and come every time I stop. The best part of it all is that I feel like I'm family here. There is this one specific girl that knows what's she's doing and runs the place to a T I believe her name is Cynthia ask for her to help you she makes the best breakfast sandwich and is so accommodating. Helped me with a huge catering order and it was a hit! Trays of bagels tasteful spreads and fresh lox. The prices are so cheap and Owners are awesome and I never have a problem. I will be letting everyone know and I give this place 5+ stars if I can. Fresh bagels great food for lunch breakfast all day.. what's better? I am very happy. Usually packed but call ahead and ask for Cynthia can't wait for Christmas time bagels delicious! Great service and fast and in and out. Thanks Bagelicious! read more

Bagelicious is the only bagel shop I want to go to. The bagels are consistently fresh (crisp outside and soft inside) and the service is good. I always go for a bagel with butter or cream cheese - both are toasted to perfection with the perfect amount of spread. If I'm feeling crazy, I'll get an egg and cheese on a bagel which is the best in town. The cheese and egg to bagel ratio is spot on. For iced coffee I recommend their hazelnut iced coffee with a touch of cream and caramel - straight fire. Be prepared for a line when you go in because I've never experienced a straight shot to order. My only advice to management is upgrade their payment system from the old cash registers and separate card reader to something like Square. read more

Bagels are good, if you can get one in under 25 minutes. Frankly, I've never seen more people do less. It's almost impossible to describe adequately how slow the service is. God forbid you want your bagel toasted, tack on another 10 minutes for their toaster to do the job while every single employee stands near the toaster waiting for their bagel to pop out. It's a bagel shop, maybe buy two toasters, perhaps even three? Don't try to order ahead either because they don't answer the phone. You also can't order online. Your only choice is to go stand in the out-the-door line caused by the aforementioned seismically slow service. This place could be GREAT with some workflow efficiencies behind the counter, employees who moved faster than the undead (the slow kind, not the "28 Days Later" kind) and perhaps the ability to order ahead, maybe even, ::gasp:: on the internet! read more

Wonderful bagels. The line is always long so best to call ahead. Great ice tea. Great coffee.

Great bagels, rough staff. Often unfriendly even though I am there pretty often and always tip. I was in line when one of the "regulars" came to pick up an order, then added onto it - essentially cutting the line. And then it happened again. I waited almost 10 extra minutes. read more

Good bagels. Just moved from the city, so comparing this to your great city corner bagel places. Fluffy, chewy. Better than Pick a Bagel, not as big as Essa-bagel, but great for Westchester. My go-to so far in this area. Oh, and they have gluten-free bagels for those that need it. read more
