Being from NY I am picky about my bagels.....well they do not disappoint. Bagels are made fresh in house and have all your favorites. They also have a cooler with a variety of cream cheeses, I love the scallion version. You place your order at the counter and it's made fresh within minutes. You can order from the menu or customize. I always get my bagels scooped out just to save some calories. You can get bacon and egg or get The Deacon, an open faced bagel with sliced roast beef, melted cheese and fresh tomato slice. This sandwich is delicious. There is ample seating inside and a few outside. Very laid back. Counter to grab fountain drinks available. Staff is quick, there is no table service. I ordered a sausage and egg on a plain bagel at this bright, clean spot. There is no table service, you line up at the order spot , place your order, move on to the register and pay up. The traffic was light so the bagel was quickly ready. This was a good breakfast sandwich thanks to the very tasty, chewy bagel - the sausage and egg were pedestrian at best, not cooked to order, more than a little thin! Stopped into the Bagel Station II for breakfast yesterday morning in Winston-Salem with a good friend who suggested it. This little gem could easily become a regular spot if I lived closer. It's roomy and welcoming inside. Very casual. The line moves quickly and they have my favorite, a smoked salmon bagel. There are several delicious looking sandwich and bagel options. The coffee was in a carafe so I was worried at first it would be watery garbage, but no, to my delight, bold rich coffee for the morning. read more

It's been awhile since I've enjoyed a bagel station bagel. When you step in, it feels familiar. Open kitchen concept with the bagels on full display behind a large display case. The menu is huge and plenty of options to choose from. I decided to enjoy the jalapeno cheddar bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. It was delicious! The service was fast with a genuine smile and sense that they view you as a person rather than just as a customer. The bagel was toasted, with a generous amount of schmear or butter of your choice, and then sliced to make it a convenient sandwich. This is our family go to place in Winston Salem for our bagel fix. The attention was really good and friendly, it's a very comfy place to go with the fam and enjoy some delicious bagels for sure.

We came on a Saturday and it was busy with a lot of college kids. There was not a lot of seating and they had room but tables and chairs were not put out for an unknown reason. My wife and I split a turkey club on an Asiago bagel that was toasted and topped with everything. The woman who made it was very friendly and I appreciated her suggestions for the sandwich. I thought for the price it was an excellent choice and they seemed to have a large enough selection to give an opportunity for a lot of choices. I don't understand how there can be more employees than people in line and it still be a long wait. Y'all got 5 ppl on the bagel line to cut/toast/ cream cheese 3 bagels so they are all just standing around doing nothing and only one cashier that also is making the specialty coffee. I love the Bagel Station. I don't frequent this location as much because it is on the other side of town for me. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. I tried the ham egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. They also had oat milk for the drip coffee! I would highly recommend if you want a cheap tasty breakfast. read more

I wanted to keep it simple for my first time and it was so fresh and tasty. Not too much cream cheese to where you couldn't eat it, just perfect. SERVICE. IS. TERRIBLE. Their AC is broken which they can't help. Condensation is making the floors slippery. But they completely ignored my husband and I and while trying to take the order of the people behind us. They didn't charge us for drinks and when I asked about it the checkout girl just sneered and muttered something so I guess the drinks are free? The dark-haired woman behind the counter NEVER gave us a number when we ordered then kept shouting a number out to the restaurant so that my husband had to check if that was us. Great place to gather for a coffee or quick breakfast bite. I see young college aged groups as well as senior citizens and all ages in here. It's inviting and friendly with open seating. Love the menu with different flavored cream cheese and bagel options. As a New Yorker this place calls to me, for their trademark fresh cream cheese bagels and coffee. I tried this place three times before writing this review. They have Taylor ham which an NJ native knows is amazing -that gets them one full star. Basically the bagels are good and again I'll play my nj/ny card to be the judge of that. I like all the cream cheese options and the pricing overall isn't bad. Why they lost stars: two main reasons. First the staff isn't really that friendly just the bare minimum if that- but the real issue is the quality off the Taylor ham and egg sandwich. I added pictures from two of our three visits. The Taylor ham egg and cheese on everything bagel is a go to order and in NJ shops you get at least 2-3 pieces of Taylor ham. Here they take one piece and quarter it. That is so cheap and tacky. To be honest raise the price 50cents and give the 3 pieces or take it off the menu altogether. It's just tacky. read more

When in need of NY bagel fix I know I'm good to go here. My boys & I love Everything Bagels & we are never disappointed. They also have some other great choices. Like 5 cheese & a Jalapeño one that's also very tasty! I also love that I can get their house made vegetable cream cheese to have with my everything bagel. They have other cream cheese flavors as well. Tasty & delicious is best way to describe it. I recently tried Bagel Station II and I'm obsessed. I literally had no idea that store bagels were bad until I tried these, but I don't think I'll ever be able to enjoy a store bagel again. Today I got the cranberry orange bagel and it has such a vibrant flavor. I placed my order online to pick up at 7:45am, and it was ready well before it was supposed to be. Tried the tomato and basil bagel with scallion cream cheese and it was delicious! This bagel shop very much gives me NY vibes. Very quick, efficient service and the in's and out's come fast. However, if you do decide to stay a while, the atmosphere gives quaint old diner. The bagels were delicious - firm on the outside and soft on the inside as it should be and the bagel isn't over powered with cream cheese. I would give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The bagels are good, nothing crazy over the top, just a solid bagel. They have lots of different cream cheese flavors all of which are very good. Where they lose some stars for me are their bagel sandwiches. The ingredients on them leave something to desire. The scrambled egg on their bacon egg and cheese has the consistency of a microwaved egg, the cheese is never melted and the bacon doesn't seem fresh. I placed an order at 12:25 p.m. for a bagel sandwhich, side of potatoe salad which was on the menu and a large diet coke. The order was processed and stated it would be ready at 12:55 p.m. I arrived at 12:53 and followed the instructions sent to let them know I was here, It said someone would be out and no one came, I waited and waited and tried to call and no one answered and the mailbox was full. Coming from NY, I'm unapologetically a bagel snob. I used to enjoy getting my bagel and cream cheese and a ham egg and cheese almost every Sunday morning to cure that hangover. While I can't say that the bagels here are on quite the same level as NY, I think they're about as close as you're gonna get. So that merits 5 stars. They've got a big selection of flavors and these are some fairly meaty bagels with a nice schmear of cream cheese on there. These aren't your average grocery style bagels. These are made from scratch and fresh boiled, and the difference shows. Their location on Oakwood specifically claims to be kosher, so that's good if that's how you roll! This location on Peace Haven also has some specific items on the menu that are not at the other location, including frappes, smoothies, and some pastry items. I haven't been to their first location, but I currently reside so close to this one that I'm happy to have some decent quality bagels located this close to me. They also offer online ordering for takeout, curbside, and delivery. The only thing that I'd love to see added is the authentic Kaiser rolls for the egg sandwiches. read more

I had a chance to sample Bagel Station II's wares at a recent Yelp event and liked what I tasted enough to pay them a visit. Truth be told, this is a bit of a chewier bagel albeit one that preserves the requisite crisp crust. On paper, Bagel Station II has a lot to offer, but in the flesh (so to speak), it's a mixed bag. First the good: Bagel Station II offers a commendably large selection and plenty of seating. You will find more than a dozen bagel varieties here (including a brightly hued rainbow bagel) and nearly a dozen spreads. Add to that the coffee selections and baked goods, and you're in for more than the usual bagel shop offerings. The sausage, egg, and cheddar bagel sandwich was served hot and fulfilled a craving. That said, there are a few drawbacks. Pricing ($1.09/bagel or $11/baker's dozen) seems very favorable at first, but four designated-as-premium varieties run 60 cents more each and can't be included in a dozen or half-dozen. Bagel Station II can get quite busy, and while counter staff are proficient at keeping the lines moving, they also seem harried and rather curt (the cashier, on the other hand, was polite). On food alone, Bagel Station II is worth a visit, but if you go during peak times, make sure you know what you want and be prepared to order it quickly. read more

I was here a few weeks ago and it was not a good experience. I got a Taylor Ham egg and cheese. Way to many sesame seeds on my everything bagel Taylor ham was definitely microwaved and more than half the ham was so hard I could not bite into it because it was over microwaved. I had to remove it from my sandwich. It was way to quite. No music. The girl that took my order didn't seem like she wanted to be working that day. No one was smiling., I didn't even get a thank you. The Manager Carla was not very nice either. She was looking a terrible mess and didn't say that you either. And just a blaa look on her face no smile either. So I payed for a bagel that I really didn't want due to the way it was cooked. The next time I went the same things happened. I don't know if ill go back. I have been coming to your store supporting you since you opened. Not planning on coming back to this store. The last two times i have come noone has been friendly. Thanked me for the my business or said hello. Today there were two people in line and 6 people behind counter. I finally had to ask for help. Got my bagels and waited at register alone for over 5 min before asking for someone to ring me up. She looked at me confused snd came over never saying a word and i bagged my own stuff up and left.
