Good bagels and a nice range of other bits and pieces. Some of the staff can be a bit short, but on the whole they're friendly enough. They've got tables now to make it a little more cafe style but there are some things (mostly beef related) that they don't allow to be eaten in store. Most of their pastries look good and the ones that I've tried are tasty if a little stodgy. Not being close to a tube station, I don't visit that often but if given the chance, they're one of the better bakeries out there.

Excellent bagels! Better than Park Patisserie, not as good as Beigel Bake in Brick Lane which has…read morethe best in London, and which are actually a lot cheaper too. Nice thing about this place is that they have a large variety of pastries and bread, as well as several big coolers with prepared sandwiches, egg salad, cream cheese, etc., and they don't run out of bread in the late afternoon like some bakeries. Wish I could pay with a car for transactions under 10 pounds though. I don't get why that's such a problem everywhere. I mean, ffs, just charge me the extra 20p for the transactions costs or whatever, don't make me waste 15 minutes of my time walking to a nearby ATM.

Came here because of all the great reviews on the food and the owner. Upon arrival, we discovered…read morenew owners took over the shop. A mom and son. Both very sweet and eager to help serve us. There weren't very many customers, so we had the pick of restaurant in terms of tables we choose a really nice one in a zen feeling room. The son upon asking us about drinks told us they make a really good chai. So my daughter and I ordered that. True to word they do and they included a cookie for us to try with it! The sandwiches, paninis and bagels we ordered were good as well with one hiccup...My daughter ordered an egg and avocado sandwich and the avocado was not ripe, so that was disappointing to her. My husband and I enjoyed our food. They had some games at the table so it was fun to play those while we waited. Overall, a good experience, it was relaxing and as we were leaving the son gave my daughter a pastry and said he was sorry about the avocado. We thought that was a really nice gesture and it was appreciated.

We had coffee, cheese and ham croissants, a cinnamon and raisin pastry, and something filled with feta and spinach. Everything was delicious! The restaurant felt so cozy and nice! Loved all the plants and pictures on the wall. We were so sad to have found this place on the last day of our trip. Can't wait to go back!
