I spent an afternoon cleaning out a closet and several drawers putting items into three seperarte containers - trash, donate, and take to ATC for trade in. After depositing my large bag on their counter, I started shopping. I found several items that I knew I needed - including a KC Current cap that I still wear religiously. Guesstimating that I had enough trade in value to cover my few selections; I was humiliated when then they said that they couldn't use anything I brought in. Cash value - $0, trade value - zilch. I now realize how those customers that brought me in EZ listening LPs from their parent's collection, or metal / rap cassettes that they were tired of felt when I handed them back there items and stated, "no thanks". I'm over my hostility and realize I'm no longer the generation that is influencing the culture or marketplace. Alas! Today I picked up a couple of plaid shirts for fall at $6 each and a $1 KC brewery shirt in the bargain rack. I walked away happy with my bargains, yet feeling slightly obsolete.

I don't normally wear means clothing, but their sale section was on point and 50% off so I was pleased with the good deals. It was a Sunday at the mall which didn't seem to have a lot of people out shopping, but I guess not too many people do their Back-To-School shopping at Express. I don't like to shop so I was happy to not have to push around people to casually look around. Either way, their music selection was great and really pumped me up to spend what little money I have for shopping. Not only that but their manager was very nice and accommodating. The shop has a large selection of backpacks, luggage, and important travel goods. It's a great place to grab an outlet converter or something else you'll surely need in a trip. Bag and Baggage also carries some really high quality leather portfolios for note taking, wallets, and other goods. Besides items in stock, Bag and Baggage also does custom luggage name tags. They were able to change the names on three pieces of luggage in a pretty fast fashion. The work looks great and will definitely last. The shop was also considerate enough to put the old tags in a ziploc bag for us to potentially reuse or keep. The workers at Bag and Baggage are also super sweet. They've helped my family out so many times and done such great custom work. They were also very helpful when we forgot a bag in the store and kept it until we could pick it up.
