There was a minute where I even thought it was turning sensual because the touch was so gentle... instead of relaxing I tried to come up with an escape plan When I was told to flip over, I realized it was super bright in the room - which isn't very relaxing - and I had to ask for the eye cover since I was squinting so hard. The eye cover was a rag... just not professional feeling. There's so many little things that made the ambience not so peaceful ... music kept cutting off and stopping, I could audibly hear her walking around because of the shoes she was wearing, when she told me to flip it was at a normal tone rather than a whisper which really created an uneasy ambience for me. At no point at all, by the way, asked me how the pressure was (like every other masseuse has ever asked). Sadly, I'm not done. I had to embarrassingly ask her to apply more pressure towards the end of the massage and she had the audacity to ask me to pay for a deep tissue next time ? Let me be so clear - I've been to at least 20 high end and average massage parlors and I always get Swedish. Sometimes, Swedish massages are even too much pressure for me and I request to go lighter. She continued to tell me that others ask her to put more pressure (so clearly, it's not just me who feels this way) but that they should too be requesting a deep tissue massage. Just get over yourself. It's truly like walking into a salon where an intern was working just to make some extra cash, not a true masseuse rewarding you with relaxing me-time.

I had suddenly ton's of acne too embrassed to even post some pics but I will! It just appeared out of nowwhere one day when I woke up and it was so awful I couldn't even feel confident to go out ,I didn't know what happened or how. I went to Joane and she helped me with some trial products, simple stuff, moisturizer, cleanser etc, and we tried that for 2 weeks, when that didn't work too well, she added glycolic acid wash, and lotion, and it started to clear! It took a good 1-2 months but I stuck with her routine and even did a facial with her. Now let me tell you about the facial! My goodness, this is heaven made in a room.
