And great overall atmosphere, Our waiter was great with excellent recommendations and genuinely a nice person. Both of our meals were outstanding, from the fresh tasty yet simple salads to the outstanding entrees. My husband had chicken parm and i had chicken piccata. Both were delicious! We would definitely bring friends/family here for a an upscale yet still casual meal. will be back to try more dishes including the steaks and to check out the happy hour during the week!

I ordered the bacon wrapped Scallops and the breaded pork chop on Salad, both dishes were very good and tasty. My wife had the Mediterranean shrimp entree which was very disappointing. The sauce had zero flavor and was as bland as can be. She only ate a few bites and had 1 shrimp. She was very disappointed. When server came by to ask if everything was ok, we told her that it had no taste. She said that she would let the chef know. Server asked if my wife wanted something else instead but she declined. We took the leftovers home. In our opinion if something is clearly not up to standards you should adopt a policy of not charging a guest for the food they hardly touched. Lets face it, things go wrong from time to time. I am and have been faced with the same challenges at the restaurants and hotels I have managed over the last 40 years but showing genuine concern and providing good customer service will pay off in the long run. Please empower your staff to do the right thing. They can tell if a guest has a genuine complaint. It is always better to err on the side if caution instead of risking to get a less then favorable review.

After moving to Florida a friend introduced me to Starkey and I enjoyed for day one. I have since…read morebeen back dozens of times and always have a good experience. The atmosphere is rustic and chill, and the servers are super friendly. My fave bartender Val already knows my drink of choice and is always fun to chat with. I have been attended Karaoke, Trivia, and the live music and the crowd is always fun. Don't miss this spot!

We've been to Starkey Market quite a few times, and overall we really enjoy it. The atmosphere is…read morebeautiful, the live music nights are always a great time, and it's one of our favorite places to bring the kids because they have so much fun playing while we relax. The overall vibe is what keeps us coming back. That said, we've had multiple unpleasant experiences with the same male bartender. The first time I visited, I had never been there before and asked which beer was the most popular or what people ordered the most. Instead of answering my question, he simply pointed at the menu on the wall and said, "That's our menu." I wasn't asking what beers you had, I was asking for a recommendation. It came across as dismissive. On another visit, I had a wonderful experience with a female bartender. She was friendly, accommodating, and made my drink exactly how I requested. Unfortunately, on a later visit I ended up with the same male bartender again. I ordered a cocktail and politely asked if he could make it a little sweeter. His response was, "We make it how we make it." I told him that was completely fine and just asked if he could make it slightly sweeter. He replied, "I'll try." The drink came out with no sweetness at all, and it honestly didn't seem like any effort was made to accommodate a simple request. I don't expect every request to be possible, but I do expect friendly customer service and a willingness to help when it's something so minor. Thankfully, the atmosphere, events, and the rest of the staff have been great enough that we continue coming back. I just hope the customer service is more consistent because Starkey Market is otherwise such a wonderful place.

Once seated, we had a great view of the stage. My only complaint on the seating would be that we were placed right under an ac vent and it was pretty cold. Service was very attentive and friendly throughout the night. We ordered the caprese kettle chips, the bacon jam sliders, and the blue cheese salad with grilled chicken. The caprese kettle chips were unique and good but could've used more of the toppings. The blue cheese salad was good - the moon kissed tomatoes were awesome. The bacon jam sliders were delicious! We almost ordered another plate of these - so good! For drinks, the house cabernet was good and the smoked pecan old fashioned had a really robust nutty flavor. Overall, cool spot!

Food was on point each time- they have delicious flatbreads now. Bourbon bar service was great but table service was a bit slow, and outdoor bar service was nothing to write home about- food orders were messed up and drinks were added to the wrong customers' bills- area to improve upstairs. The venue itself is a blast and there is always a friendly face or a fun event on the agenda there.

The place is smaller than it first appears, though the front patio gives it a more spacious feel. Inside, there is a narrow bar with about 15 seats and four high-top tables along the walls and windows. The setup has an old-school pub feel, with shelves of bottles behind the bar and several big-screen TVs for the sports crowd. We were greeted by Scott, who was serving as both bartender and server. Great name... hes wearing the "WTF Scott" tee shirt pictured. I didn't ask. He was friendly, offered good suggestions, and made me a very tasty Buffalo Trace Manhattan. My wife went with a draft beer, and the service got the evening off to a strong start. Following Scott's recommendation, I ordered the Drunken Shrimp Mac and Cheese. He promised four shrimp, but the dish arrived with five, which earned him a "WTF Scott"? And and a fist bump. My wife chose the chop steak hoagie, and that was a winner as well. We ended up taking home half the hoagie and a portion of the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was not especially traditional--it was more like pasta in a loose, cheesy sauce with a texture closer to tomato sauce--but it was still tasty. The hoagie was especially good, with a soft bun that held the meat, mushrooms, and onions together well. One drawback is the amount of underused space near the bathrooms and rear hallway, though making better use of it would probably require a costly renovation. Even so, the patio was busy, the atmosphere was very casual, and both the food and service were solid. Our total came to a little under $50 before tax and tip, although the roughly 3% credit card surcharge is always an annoyance. Overall, Steamworks Pub is a super-casual spot with good food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. It is definitely worth a try.
