We had a reservation, and not only was our table ready, but they happily let us switch to the couches instead. Honestly, that made the whole night. After a long week of work and kids, sinking into a comfortable couch with my wife and a glass of wine felt perfect. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable -- the kind of people who can explain the vineyards, the blends, and the story behind the wine without ever overwhelming you. For a nerd like me, that's a huge win. You can tell they know their craft and they genuinely enjoy sharing it. The wines themselves were excellent. Fidelitas leans heavily into those bold, Bordeaux-style reds, and every pour had depth and personality. If you're a red wine person, this place is basically a playground. Now the snacks... WOW. If you go, order the maple pecan dates. Just trust me. They're decadent, warm, chewy, sweet, nutty -- honestly better than pecan pie. One of those bites where you stop talking mid-sentence because your brain needs a second to process how good it is. The other small bites were great too, but the dates are the star. Overall, our experience at Fidelitas was relaxed, modern, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Great wine, great staff, comfortable atmosphere -- and those dates alone are worth the drive. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Exceptional Experience…read more Hightower was such a special experience from start to finish. Kelly, the owner, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She made us feel like we were the only people in the world--it was the kind of hospitality that makes you want to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. And the bread! It deserves its own mention. The starter is sourced at Macrina Bakery, and you can absolutely taste the quality. The cheese selection was also fantastic and paired beautifully with the wines. Between the incredible wine, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality, Hightower felt so personal and memorable. Kelly has created something truly special. We cannot wait to come back!

The tasting room is small in footprint, however there's indoor or outdoor patio seating. Our group opted to remain indoors to escape the heat. We opted for the library tasting of the Murray wines. Instead of sitting down at a table, we were ushered to the barrel room where we had our tasting. Here's what we tasted: 2008 Murray Syrah 95% Syrah, 5% Viognier 2014 Murray Cuveé 50% Carbernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec 2015 Murray Cuveé 75% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Murray Merlot 88% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot 2016 Murray Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label 83% Carbernet Sauvignon, 17% Petit Verdot 2018 Murray Cuveé 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 9% Malbec My favorites were the 2014 Murray Cuveé, 2016 Murray Merlot, 2016 Murray Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label, and 2018 Murray Cuveé. These were immediately procured along with a bottle of the 2017 Syrah produced for Din Tai Fung. Service was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and walked us through how Hightower was started and their Murray library wines. We were all in agreement that we will return to try the Hightower wines.

Loved this gorgeous winery! The view is absolutely breath taking…read more Reservations are recommended especially on weekends as this place gets very busy. They have an onsite kitchen and is a very popular spot for wine and lunches. They are dog friendly on the patio only. You get to taste about 8 wines for $30 Or fee is waived with a purchase of any two bottles. Tasting did not disappoint from their whites to red. They have a variety for all taste buds. I loved all their Cabs. They have a mix of 100% Cab to some with Merlot and Cab Franc. All were delish and as I was tasting I kept thinking of food items these would pair well with. Of course we purchased half a case variety of red wines. Venue is super clean, great vibe and super friendly staff. Darcy and Alex were both amazing. We will definitely be going back here when in the area.

I absolutely adore this winery: the wine, the space, the people, the food, and the community…read more The Wine: The wines are consistently amazing and are made to be aged, without the usual high price tag that comes with that. I like bold, flavorful wine, and they have that in spades. I thought I hated Merlot, for being generally weak, but Terra Blanca's Merlot is fantastic. I thought I only liked red wine, but their Albarino is now my go-to summer white wine. I thought Rose was too sugary of a wine, but their Rose has incredible flavor without heft. I'm an enduring fan of their Block 8 Syrah, but the Cab Sauv is a close second. The Space: It's gorgeous. The building is beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained, the vineyard (which you can tour at some of their events) feels old-world-meets-tech, the cellars are amazing, and everything feels welcoming. Like, I don't just want to go here, I want to spend time here. The People: The employees are wonderful: welcoming, knowledgeable, happy, humble, and it never feels like they're just trying to sell you something. They're honest and upbeat, even at times when I *know* they must be feeling rushed or stressed. It makes the whole place feel like hanging out with friends and neighbors (but in a classy way). This is *not* the kind of winery where they pour, recite a litany about the varietal, and walk away. This is the kind of winery where you can walk in and say "I know nothing about wine" and they'll be excited to take you wherever your curiosity about wine takes you. The Food: I've eaten at the Thursday happy hours, at buffet banquets, and at a tasting/pairing event. Each time the food has been delicious, unique, and well-paired. And it's all from scratch, locally grown & grazed, etc. even their charcuterie boards are lovely (and a lot...you will not leave hungry). I recommend trying the flatbread pizzas off their wood-fired grill. Oh, and the menu changes quarterly, so I've yet to get bored with anything. The Community: In addition to this place feeling like a community, and growing one with their wine clubs and virtual tasting group, they're involved in the Tri-Cities community. I love when local small businesses support each other and non-profits in the area! They have regular events and banquet fundraisers for orgs like Children's Developmental Center and TROT. Oh, the prices? I'd call them good. High enough to convey the quality, but low enough to be approachable even for people who are just starting to try wine. And they do a lot of sales and discounts throughout the year. The tasting room prices are spot-on, which keeps Terra Blanca feeling inclusive. TL;DR: Tasty wine at affordable prices, great customer service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, fun events

They had a chard blend, if you're a buttery fan you'd love it. I'm not a big chardonnay fan anyway and this was chard on steroids. The rose was very unique too. Can't quite describe it other than bold. Again, probably a wine people either love or hate. Their highlight was the syrah. The wines are very affordable so if you find something you like, it's inexpensive to stock up. I wish the new owner best of luck, i want this winery to succeed.
