She repeatedly said, "I told you not this color," which came across as rude and unprofessional. If a color is not suitable or recommended, it should not be offered for clients to choose in the first place. The application itself was poorly done, and the quality was not up to standard. The color began chipping in less than 24 hours, even after returning to have it corrected. The same issue continued after the redo. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and results. Customer service needs to be improved significantly, and staff should be mindful that professionalism and respect toward clients is essential in this business.

Over time, I started noticing a pattern that made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. No matter how many lashes were actually applied, I was always charged the same price. On one visit, I specifically requested a lighter, less full set, assuming the price would reflect the reduced amount of work. Instead, I was charged exactly the same as always. On my most recent appointment, my lashes weren't even filled in completely. Within less than two weeks, I had experienced so much fallout that I already needed another full fill, which has never happened to me this quickly. The quality simply wasn't there. To make matters worse, when I decided to have them removed instead of paying for another fill, I was charged $22 for removal. After being a regular customer for an entire year, it would have been nice if they had offered that as a courtesy, especially considering how poorly the last service turned out. What upsets me the most is that I was always kind, respectful, and loyal. I never complained or caused problems. Looking back, I feel like because I didn't speak up, my loyalty was taken for granted. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect consistency, fairness, and appreciation for repeat customers. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed, undervalued, and honestly taken advantage of. I hope management takes customer loyalty more seriously because this experience has completely changed my opinion of the salon and I don't think I will ever return now.
