First I want to let the management and ownership know that Riley is an employee they need to hold onto! Dude has been there for awhile now. Great guy very friendly and always has a smile as I'm walking in and out! Very aware of who his regulars are and what is going on in the Gym. Overall great dude! The gym overall is easily one of the cleanest in the area. Yes they have had some equipment down for an extended amount of time. HOWEVER we have to realize that sometimes this is out of the hands of the gym. The parts needed for the equipment currently down is on order and not currently available. Again, going back to the integrity of this gym. Open and honest when a customer asks what's going on... Plenty of equipment, well thought out on where the equipment is. I have been to the new Fitness Quest facilities, as well as the other gyms in the area. Big reason I keep coming back here! My only rub is that they should ditch the stupid Tanning rooms and put in some saunas! Hence, the 4 stars, lol. Love this place. But for the sake of my workout, you should definitely check out the other gyms. Leave my gym alone

For some reason the Bonney Lake Planet Fitness no longer has contractors doing the deep cleaning…read morethe bathrooms so badly need. Its been over a year and I have yet to see a deep cleaning in the bathrooms. The work out area is always well kept and very clean but the bathrooms is a completely different story. The shower walls when wet are very slippery. The walls are disgusting with grime, mold, and dirt. The shower curtain looks like it has black mold or some sort of mold. The floors are very dirty and have slime on them. This is no exaggeration!!! I wish I could post pictures but its not offered.

Recently, it was her birthday, and not only did her staff celebrate her, but clients like myself joined in by decorating her desk area with flowers, candy, and heartfelt touches. That alone says a lot about the kind of person she is. Sabrina goes above and beyond every day to make the gym both beneficial and fun. I've seen her participate in different classes so she can speak knowledgeably and honestly about them. I've watched her walk through the locker rooms with staff to ensure the facility stays clean and well cared for. She even spends her own money on thoughtful extras, like decorating mirrors with positive, uplifting, and motivating messages. Most importantly, Sabrina always has a smile on her face, and everyone knows her desk is open -- whether you want to ask about personal training, equipment, the facility, or simply share a story and a laugh. In week 9 with Triad Wellness. I have been having shoulder…read moreissues, not uncommon at 74 years old! Since I have been at Triad my shoulder has been getting better and better. The trainers have helped me with exercises to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder. Just had a visit with my Orthopedic doctor last Friday. He took xrays and determined I have a bruised rotator cuff. He suggested physical therapy. I shared with him my Triad Wellness routine.......when I finished with the exercises I have been doing and the Cold Water Plunge, he said, I do not need Physical therapy since I am already doing it!!!
