They cater to various size bands and different client projects. Various genres of music were recorded here. Expert staff is available onsite to assist guests. The owner is super friendly and passionate about music. The studio also seldom hosts art and other events. If you're having trouble finding the studio, it is located in Canal Center building. Signage is available at the entrance to the plaza.

Would not recommend. The girl who answers the phone and books appointments was kind of rude the way…read moreshe asked for a deposit. Just kind of harsh and condescending with here tone. Then, they were late to start the appointment and had me waiting outside in the parking lot. The only reason why I used this place was for the Teletronix LA-2A compressors. I noticed they don't have that equipment, instead they have the Warm Audio budget friendly version of those compressors. They are not the same. Also no Pultec EQs insight. They EQ'ed my mix with plug ins. I could have achieved the entire result using Logics Mastering Assistant, it's shocking. A studio operated by young and inexperienced personnel charging the same rate per song for mastering as Grammy winning studios in Los Angeles....sorry no.

Timely, professional, and execute their work with high standards. They took my son's cheap violin…read moreand enhanced it so nicely and affordably for us while also being able to provide him a better shoulder rest and lesson book, making it a perfect one-stop shop. Additionally, my son takes violin lessons and we feel Mr. Fayette is one of the best teachers we've ever come in contact with-- patient, encouraging, and goal-setting for the individual student's needs. Highly, highly recommend! Don't let the disgruntled review before mine deter you. I understand the frustration, but the men who run this shop have families and can obviously adjust their store hours as they need to. In my experience, calling ahead of time to check store is open before you make a long drive there is helpful!

Good audio gear repair shops in the Midwest are hard to come by, and excellent ones such as this…read moreare even more rare. Im so thankful I took my gear to them instead of shipping it off to an authorized tech in NYC. They saved me several hundred dollars and did great work in a timely manner. This was on a custom hand made dj mixer from Australia with no manual to reference mind you. The variety of different gear they are able to work on is staggering. After I found their entrance it was smooth sailing. They also back their work for 30 days so you really can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

I took in an home audio amp for repair. They had it nearly 2 months. Not one time in the entire…read moretime that they had it did they ever call me to give me any information. I would call them weekly and for the first month the response was we haven't gotten to it. Ok if work is ahead of me I accept that. because of my repeated calls I was told they would move me up on the list to have the tech make a diagnostic evaluation on it which never ever happened. Then after that it was BS about having to build some "special diagnostic software" to access the ethernet port on the back of the amplifier or equipment to make an assessment. they told me they couldn't get enough information from the manufacturer or off the Internet. I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.

I found that the price for a used one was around $100 on ebay, but their selling price was more than $400. I terminated the contract after three months. It was not a pleasant experience.
