I'd read so many positive reviews about his food and wine trail tours that I had high expectations, which he completely exceeded - it was an incredible value. I say 'tomato' because despite being told that's what it was, the sauce was rosé. I was served exactly five ravioli (yes, I counted); they were quite large so the portion for me, was fine. That said, they were under-cooked (and I like my pasta really al dente so...). The filling was good, as was the sauce. Was it the best meal? No. It was good, but I've had better.
