I can't say enough good things about Backyard Pros and Dean. We needed to have our fence gates replaced. Let me start by saying, most contractors would see me as a tough customer. You know the kind, expects service providers to be fair, honest and professional. By professional I mean, return calls, show up on date/time committed to and treat customers how they want to be treated. Who knew getting four quotes would be so much work? I called approximately 12 contractors to get estimates. Many of them balked because we just needed gates replaced and not an entire fence installation. Of those 12, four could commit to coming on a specific day/time. Of those four, one no showed, the other two were late, and then there was Dean. He was the first to call back, and the first to make himself available to provide an estimate. His price was fair and reasonable. Two of the estimates were DOUBLE, yes double what Dean's was and another quoted an extra $130 for just the hardware. The installation was flawless, the materials are super high quality, hardware was included, and the crew arrived on the date and time promised and were done in less that two hours.
