These are Scammers stay away from this company . I wanted…read moreto upgrade my deck and posted one Facebook Marketplace to find someone locally to do the job. Hogan Construction responded and I signed a contract with Hogan Construction to rebuild my old deck. First day, paid 80% of the money so he can go and buy materials. They dismantled the deck and then told us , Oh, the material is not available, so we can't start to build it. Material will take few days and we will be back. Then , we were told the base is strong, so just replace the planks and we will charge you less. Material took more than a month to get delivered to our home. Thenb demanded an additional 2500 dollars to start the work. I tried to work with him but he never returned. Later, I learned he ordered material way more than needed. Now I had material and broken deck and too much material I could not return as they did not give me receipts
