Avoid at all costs!…read more One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The staff is atrociously rude and I was literally verbally accosted and yelled at for merely questioning a pricing policy which was delivered after the fact and which seemed exorbitant. As if the appalling behavior of the personnel/owner were not enough, the store is physically unappealing--a dark downstairs hovel which reeks of decay and depression. Miserable people and a miserable place.

I've been here several times to print very simple jobs - just regular documents actually. No…read moregraphics or anything - just simple text, and I don't have a printer at home, so I need a service to do it for me. Each time, the guy at the desk couldn't have been more unhelpful or more dismissive. For instance, when I asked "What are the different choices for thickness of paper?", he didn't even look at me - he just pointed to a table with some books on it, one of which had the paper choices. I had to look at each book to find the right one. I guess this guy doesn't like his job very much, or maybe he doesn't like people very much, but why take it out on your customers? I won't be back.

I had a client who was incredibly upset…read morebecause after speaking to one of the printers, she came away with the impression that I had no idea what I was doing because "they don't teach students how to set up documents in school anymore" and a lot of other things that the printer had said to discredit me. I get the impulse, but what he didn't know is that I'm a late in life graduate, I'm almost into my 30s and I've been freelancing off and on for the last decade. And I know how to set up a file. Unfortunately will never work with this business again, I would have greatly appreciated it if the printer had reached out to me with his concerns, instead of bashing me to the client.
