It's the kind of place where you come for a plant and end up staying for the vibes. Think of it as a garden center meets a peaceful mini outdoor museum. Everything is beautifully organized by plant type, making it easy to find what you're looking for...or, more likely, making it easy to get joyfully distracted while you wander. However, I did not come to this business for this purpose. I visited this location as I was gathering pavers for Thing One's Eagle Scout project. Specifically, a project that will help the Williamson County Animal Shelter. However if looking for items for your landscaping project, this location offers sod, sand, boulders, rock, pavers, weed barriers, shovels, gloves all at prices that are lower than the traditional big box stores like HD and Lowes. The pavers we received were of great quality and in pristine condition. When we picked the pavers up, the employees helped to place them in the truck bed as each paver was over 200 lbs. I worked with Resse, who was very helpful. She placed pavers aside for Thing One that were necessary for him to complete the process. Resse was communicative and helpful, and without her help, the Eagle project would not have been a success. I don't know what our landscaper paid, but we paid almost $9K for these trees. Checked with both my landscaper, Pedro Abundis and Danny at Circle D on what can be done to replace the dead trees and neither company will help or take responsibility for the loss. We are just out 47 trees. Both companies do not guarantee or warranty the trees. We spent a lot of money on our landscaping with Pedro's Landscaping and the lack of customer service is just bad business. I will not recommend either company to any more of my customers, friends, neighbors or family. I am really disappointed.
