The prices of these pots will shock you. Expensive! Honestly, it's my fault for not bargain shopping locally because Pottery Ranch immediately came to mind. I impulsively bought a pot. It is 19 in. tall and 17 in. diameter and it's beautiful, but it was $150. Two weeks later, I'm at a Ross shopping with a friend and find a pot (same size) for $50. Both pots were clay and both made in Vietnam. Pottery Ranch had a lot of cool stuff and they offer military a break on taxes, but shop around if you're in the market for pots.

I called a few weeks after purchasing plants to discuss a return or replacement, and from the moment I mentioned the plants had died (see attached photos), his attitude turned hostile. He actually told me to "be quiet" because he had listened to me and it was now "my turn to listen." He blamed me and made it very clear I was the cause of the plants dying. This is without any pictures or exact facts. He just jumped on the bandwagon of blame. I'll admit I chose a few choice words in response -- but after the way he spoke to me, I felt completely justified in standing up for myself. His tone was disrespectful and aggressive, and no customer should be treated that way. He hung up on me after that. Speaking to a customer like that just cost him one and I am hoping more. I would have gladly gone back many times, but after being insulted and dismissed like that, I'll take my business elsewhere. Lowe's offers better plants, better prices, and stands behind their products without blaming the customer. I actually have a thriving garden of plants that have made it all year with no issues. Next spring, I'll be using Backbone Nursery for my large project instead -- they may charge a little more, but their customer service is worth every penny. Here is your proof Mr. Bolin! You sell crappy products and then will not stand behind them.

Most everything here is priced, but the smaller potted items have signage denoting their prices next to them. Here you will find herbs, veggies, shrubbery, annuals, perennials, and trees. Inside their small greenhouse, you will find bonsai, succulents, and tropical plants. There is also a very large organic seed selection along with all kinds of organic soil amendments.
