Jason drew me a picture of what the new arches would look like and explained what else would be involved. Jason's team just finished replacing 2 arches over my front windows, replaced an attic vent and replaced the siding on the front of my house. I liked the fact that they pay attention to the little details. They were on time, respectful and cleaned up before they left each day. My house looks like a new house. I am having DRS do my roof for me in the spring.

We're extremely pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Mike B & Sons for any brick or masonry project.

They will rip you off and not do any work. And then when you take em to small claims they won't pay. Cuz someone is broke and not paying their insurance premiums. I don't know how the truth I spoke on here got taken down but I bet it's because it hit too close to home. Again, use ANY other company unless you want to be swindled out of a crap load of money!!! Wonder why there's only good reviews? The owner flags em so people think this is a good company. It's not. Wish I hadn't gotten mixed up with this place.

Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls. They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.

Not only did they offer a fair price, but they went above and beyond and completed beautiful work. This winter we had them back to work with us to create and install a small wet bar. We plan to hire the Burketts again for future woodworking and contracting projects. They are diligent, talented, and easy to work with.

I am an over communicator and have not always had the best luck with good communication amongst contractors and landscapers, but Ty always responded back to my questions, was realistic with the timeframe for this project and was careful to never over promised anything he couldn't deliver on. He was professional and realistic about when they could come out to squeeze this project into their hectic schedule. They power washed our backyard patio and put poly sand down. They also put topsoil mush down with seed in what used to be a large swingset area. They removed all pebbles and bricks where the swingset used to be. They proceeded to trim all our bushes around the perimeter of the house and last but not least laid down rubberized mulch. I would highly recommend Ty and SPL Lawncare for any landscaping needs! They were professional, timely and offered a fair price when others wanted to charge more for the same project. But most importantly to me, Ty was a good communicator and always got back to me with updates and realistic timeframes of when he could do the job. :)

I was worried about them rushing my job due weeks of rain delay, but I had nothing to worry about. Only improvement could be more communication, but they know the jobs and if you ask about what to expect, you'll get a solid response; owner is a man of fewer words. The short of this review is that Tom and his crew are the best contractors we have ever worked…read morewith. Consummate professionals to the highest degree, I don't think we could have asked for a better outcome to what started off auspiciously. We had originally hired another contractor to complete several jobs at our house including demolishing our old railroad tie retaining wall and rebuilding it with Versa-Lok, a concrete porch extension, general landscaping including grading, and building Versa-Lok raised beds around our house. Said contractor started the job, and left the house in shambles for 3 months, not responding to any of our phone calls and effectively taking our money and running, while demanding we give him more money to break contract. Given it was nearing October and we were concerned about water leakage into our basement with the partly-completed work that had been done, we stated looking for other contractors to complete the job. Tom came out 2 days after we called for an estimate, and he had the estimate back to us 3 days later. Price-wise, Tom was actually the lowest price to complete everything, and it was complete work - other contractors couldn't do everything we needed done. When we hired him, he gave us a start date and deadlines that he was spot on with and was communicative during the whole process. Several days into the job, while working on some of the grading, he noted foundational issues and worked with us to get them fixed by adding a french drain system and retarring our foundation. Tom and his crew were able to get all of the original work done (including removal of the detritus the first contractor left behind, and fix his mistakes) plus the foundational work in a little less than 3 weeks. Everything was awesome - I don't think there is enough I could say about how good of a job Tom and his crew did. The precision, quality, cost, speed, and responsiveness is unbeatable. If you need someone to do concrete work, landscaping, or plumbing, you need to call Tom. He'll give you an honest, fair assessment, and if you hire him, you will not be disappointed.
