Honestly when I started PT I had such low hope and expectations. I'm a chronic pain patient and my…read moreneck is really bad, Anna has been doing absolute magic to help me to feel better. I really like that she works on me in the back in a private area. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable. Courtney (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) is awesome as well. They have been incredibly accommodating for me, I am not cured by any means but this journey over the last month has given me more range of motion and a little less pain. When I started, most of my days were 8-9/10 pain and now I'm 7/10 which just feels more manageable. God willing I will continue to improve between the PT and nerve ablations from my pain doc.

on Wednesday, February 25 I contacted Faye NISHR from preferred transportation to find out what…read moretime my interview was for this day. She called me back at 8:27 in the morning to let me know my interview was at 11:30. I arrived at the office at 11:15 filled out the application and sat in the waiting room as I saw two people ahead of me by the time these two people went in and came out. It was already 12 o'clock, so I waited unnecessarily a half an hour will Faye came out she asked me who I was and I told her William wilson she went back into the office. She came back out and she said Mr. wilson your interview wasn't until 130 and I replied to her no when you called me this morning you told me it was at 11:30 then she proceeded to become argumentative with me stating that I misunderstood her phone call and I told her I said I'm not coming back since I am already here let's go into the interview well with the horse and puff she led me back into the interview room and proceeded to chastise me for my anger. She stated that how would you handle this if you had to deal with a client and I precisely told her because of my military experience and my job experience I am precise on time and if I had to pick up a client at 11 in the morning, I would get to their home or residence at 10:45 to give myself leeway time to make a smooth transition with that client back to the building well after I explained to her my professional side she calmed down, but from that point until the end of the interview, I explained to her my 10 years experience in transportation driving my one tour of military experience, my college background which includes three college degree, beginning with a bachelors degree and human services to an associate degree in radio broadcasting and communication communications. Well upon telling her this she horridly ended the interview with no indication of the decision whether to hire me or to disregard my presence, so I took it to meaning that because an educated person of color chastise her on her rudeness, she reverted back to the inner racism that I feel from a person from the Third World nation because I have lived in areas such a Dearborn and Dearborn Heights to where people of a Arabic background tend to look down on African-American people, so I am here to tell you if you have applied to this company for a position of transportation do not I repeat do not proceed because you will be treated like you are nothing, especially if you are of African-American descent because this lady should be reprimanded for her attitude, her professionalism and her disregard of someone's respect because I honestly feel that if I had of been a Caucasian person or a person of Arabic descent, I probably would've been considered for employment, but because I came into that facility, dressed for success, a shirt and a tie, no hat no grooming needed. I was dismissed, but I should've known this by looking at the driver that they had waiting to pick up. He was totally groomed himself so if you could send a person that is groom out to pick up your clients then I see why you don't wanna hire anyone of intelligence or proper grooming technique

Henry Ford Health - Speech Pathology & Rehabilitation Services…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My family's experience with Henry Ford's speech pathology department has been nothing short of negligent, dismissive, and deeply disappointing. My 21-year-old son has a legitimate need for a second opinion and continued speech therapy -- basic, reasonable care that any ethical rehabilitation service should provide. Instead, we were flat-out denied, and told he is "not allowed to receive any speech services here." Let that sink in: A major health system refused to even evaluate a young adult, refused a second opinion, and refused to provide any therapeutic support -- without any clinical justification. The level of gatekeeping and lack of patient-centered care is staggering. No compassion. No explanation. No attempt to understand his needs. Just a cold, bureaucratic "no," as if denying services is standard protocol. This is not how healthcare should operate. This is not how families should be treated. And this is absolutely not the level of care Henry Ford claims to stand for. We walked in seeking help and clarity; we walked out with nothing but frustration and disbelief. I will be taking my son to another health system that actually understands patient rights, continuity of care, and basic human decency. Henry Ford should be embarrassed by how this was handled and should re-evaluate the culture and leadership within their speech pathology department -- because this behavior is unacceptable

Very professional staff, exam and takes him time to explain what is needed after X-Rays we're studied. He used the Gondstead method. They also have in sight massages and laser therapy . I drive all the way from Livonia to get the best health care. He typically covers Lincoln Park, Trenton, Allen Park, Wyandotte, Riverview, Southgate, Woodhaven, Flat Rock, Detroit, and Ecorse Customers. Worth mentioning I had not needed a chiropractor in 25 years but when I did I used one who understood The Gondstead method. Thank God there will no Steel rods in my back. Thank you Dr. Gilcher.

Yesterday I had a treatment visit I was in so much pain I asked the Dr.to at least bring me back to my original condition before visiting him. His answer was that I need at least two months of treatment to feel improvement in pain even though he himself told me when I saw him first that I have and easy case and treatment should be easy and quick. He lost his temper and started yelling at me as if I was a little kid infornt of him this happened when I started discussing my case with him,and per gonstead guide lines patients should feel at least a light relief from the first visit.
