Rather than just booking online, I also called to confirm the opening, actually speaking with Jeremy Houle , Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare, who confirmed the opening, I was booking online for Thursday Nov 2nd at 8am I arrived Thursday at 7:50 am for my 8:00am appointment, with nobody at the clinic, it was closed. I waited until 8:15, still no activity. I called the office and left a message letting them know that I arrived at the appropriate time and would appreciate a call back. I called again at 9:00am and spoke with reception explaining the situation and that I would like to know what happed. At 9:30am I received a very apologetic call from Jeremy Houle, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare, stating that he did not receive the appointment notice, which I booked and confirmed with him, while on the phone Tuesday. However he wanted to make amends and reschedule for 8am Friday, which is his usual day off. I accepted because I really need a massage. I arrived at 7:50am this morning, ready for my 8:00am appointment. The office was closed. The front desk person arrived at 8:10. I went in , told her I had a 8am massage appointment with Jeremy Houle, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. She looked at me totally confused I explained the situation, she apologized and said she would call Jeremy, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. I told her not to bother, I have a job, where I actually need to show up on time for. Now if I had missed both appointments without any notification, I would definitely be billed for both I have no idea what kind of massage Jeremy Houle gives, especially since he the Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. However, his customer service is terrible

They really make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have as well as put together good programs for your rehab. The facility is pretty nice and there is a lot of parking. My biggest knock is that sometimes calls aren't returned when you leave a message so if you don't hear back that day just call the next day and usually someone returns your call.

I even inquired and was told NO, you have to book a second slot (wait several days and pay another 90 dollars). Appointment#3 we were 7 minutes late....yes seven minutes. They refused to see us and insisted on charging us for the appointment. Only when we complained in front of a waiting room full of people did they budge and say they would let us reschedule the appointment. We will go to the rescheduled one and that will be our last time visiting that facility.
