She provided me with prenatal and postnatal chiropractic care and she was always sure to check with me how I was doing while doing my adjustments. She modified her techniques as required for my comfort (ex. At one point during my pregnancy, I didn't feel comfortable lying on my stomach or back for long so she did adjustments while I was sitting upright). Her patient care is great and I would recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care. The reception is able to process payments and provide receipts for insurance claims. From my knowledge, they do not bill directly to the insurance company. Julianna was a great receptionist when she was working there. Kelly has now replaced her and she is also friendly and great! Oaktree typically has promotions throughout the year for an initial examination and consultation for around $35 in case that interests you. They also have a referral program around December/January. The Stittsville location is the newest one from Oaktree, but I have heard that they are in the process of getting a Barrhaven location set up.

A very healthy, fit individual who simply wanted a new chiropractor to count on for any times I need an adjustment (an alignment I call it) as I find I get locked up from all of my sports. I am not currently needing any actual chiropractic treatment. Although they came across as caring and concerned, I never did receive the adjustment I walked in to get (and paid for). Instead they scheduled me with a group of new people and brought us into a room set up like a classroom. They proceeded to scare us with a philosophy that once you see your xray you'll find out how far along your degeneration has become... that they can correct this but need 1 to 2 years to do so... and, if you don't go in 3X a week for the first 38 weeks, you'll likely suffer chronic diseases, like Crohn's and Cancers. They even showed someone's xray and said they died at 65. After the "course" they took me into the back room to sell me their package. $4000 dollars up front. They would not touch me until I paid them in full for the full program. They could not offer individual sessions, nor insurance receipts.... I caution anyone going to this company.
