When I called the clinic and spoke to Janice again, my concerns were not taken seriously and there was no willingness to review or correct what appeared to be an administrative error and refused to remove the charges. When I asked to speak with a manager or owner to discuss the matter further, Janice told me that I have to pay $150 if I want to talk to the owner. She even wanted more money from me! She even hang up on me and she said she is getting frustrated! She told me she would call me back when she was feeling less frustrated, but she never called me back. So I followed up with a formal email of complaint and to my surprise, Janice even charged me twice! Mistakes can happen in any business, and I understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are addressed. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service in this situation left me very very disappointed.
