Dr. Robin Jacobs-Rodriguez. Where do I even begin to tell you how happy I am that I've found this amazing chiropractor!? I started seeing Dr. Robin when I couldn't move my neck at all. She wouldn't touch me without first having an MRI done. Dr. Robin is not The Joint! And that's a good thing, people!!! You never want someone just willy nilly cracking your neck without knowing the underlying cause. Thankfully, once the MRI was complete and Dr. Robin could see the issue (bulging disks), she set up a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan and it wasn't long before my neck was back to normal. "Special Thanks" When I arrived at Back into Motion I was having severe lower back pain that was so bad it affected me while I was sitting, standing or walking. This was making many activities in my life a struggle. I learned that my right leg was shorter than the left and my spine was compressed, this was the cause of my pain. I met Dr. Robin about 7 years ago. She has an extensive amount of credentials, and was raised in a heavy Medical background, because of her family. I had initially headache issues, that I believed were because of prescription glasses. Despite getting new glasses, my aches continued. Dr Robin corrected my problem (due to a car accident, years before) on my neck. Also, I have had lower back pain alleviated. Currently, I am about to finish my therapy to help my Achilles' tendon pain. I used to run frequently and after running a long distance, I developed the pain. I thought I wasn't going to be able to run again, yet Dr Robin fixed the problem with my calf muscles. She is very meticulous and explains everything before working on any corrective processes. I thought was a nice place when I went there a year and half ago. Told them I was a cash paying patient and Dr. Robin wanted me to buy a package deal and then had to run all kinds of Xrays and all. I made it clear many many times when my package deal is coming close to ending, please let me know and of course they all shook their heads yes. Last day there I made and took them all lunch and thought it was all done with, Today, I got my daily bank statement and they charged my account another $170.00 and took the money out of my account without my consent! When I called they didnt seem to care and now they have caused several checks to bounce, including my house payment! Now because of this Quack Dr. Robin, I have to go get a new debit card, so they cant charge anymore in the future and now have all kinds of bounced check fees, of which when I told the half witted receptionist, did not care. Quack Dr. Robin wouldnt even speak to me about this matter personally she has everyone else do her dirty work! STAY AWAY from this place, you could get better treatment from the SPCA! read more
