The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and frankly ignorant. I called and made an appointment. I even called back a bit later to confirm, hoping to speak to someone else due to the perceived incompetence of the first person I spoke to. I unfortunately spoke to the same girl, who confirmed my appointment date and time. 10 days later, I arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told I do not have an appointment. The girl at the front desk would not give me her name (and also does not introduce herself on the phone) but she was the same girl I spoke to on the phone. She admitted she remembered speaking to me, but offered no explanation as to why my appointment was not scheduled. She also offered no apology, just said they could see me the following week, in 8 more days. I called later to try to speak to an office manager and left a voicemail with no response and did not receive a call back. I have no idea about the doctor, but I hope his practice isn't struggling due to his incompetent staff. Completely turned me off from the whole practice.
