Not to be short of mentioning that Barbara was very pleasant and effective with all of the data collection and transaction fees, on the phone and in person. Based on what I paid most recently in Florida, I got a heck of a deal. Dr. Jarrett shared his story with me and made me feel like a valued client. Then he proceeded to evaluate my situation and offered exercises and knowledge I lacked. He's also a great listener. Then, it was on to the rack for the adjustments. I'd been spoiled for many years with my previous chiropractor in Wichita, but honestly, Dr. Jarrett was so impressive and effective at his treatment, I literally felt like I'd met a new friend, not just a doctor. In closing, there are okay, good, and fantastic service providers. Thanks, Dr. Jarrett, for being FANTASTIC today; you definitely will have my continued support for all of our family's chiropractic needs. I cannot recommend his treatment services and protocol more. Let me first start off saying, I'm very leary of doctors and the whole doctors office idea. My…read morefirst meeting with Dr. Karin Burmeister changed my opinion in the first 20 minutes. I'm 65 years old and I love playing golf and fishing. I found that my golf shots were not traveling the distance and accuracy was gone. Heck, I was even having trouble casting my fishing line. I couldn't relax my shoulders or my lower back. That night, after my 1st adjustment I slept like I did as a child. Plus the next day I got out of bed minus the usual groans and moans. After a couple more sessions, fishing is all pleasure now and I am hitting the golf ball further than ever with all my new found movement. So I'm telling all my fellow golfers and fishermen quit complaining about being sore and stiff, give this Dr. Burmeister a call and set up a visit, your tired old bones will be glad you did.

Well apparently they stopped taking our insurance and didn't have decency to email or call me to give me a warning that they no longer accept our insurance. If I could I would rate them in the negative stars…read more I was a client and my granddaughter was an employee. They treated her like family for years but then all of a sudden stopped. My granddaughter was a manager and they had an employee who was a problem for those she supervised so she reported that to the owners. When she reported, they claimed to her the other employee was the problem but apparently secretly were working both ends (which she didn't learn until after they fired her). How I got involved was when they left her out of a staff picture and I just commented it was sad that they left her out (she was on maternity leave). Their excuse was she was on leave (but later actually photoshopped another employee into a staff picture). On a morning right before she was scheduled to return to work they contacted her and asked her to come in for a staff meeting. She of course agreed and had done a lot of that during her leave because she is a team player. That afternoon they called and told her not to come back to work the next Monday. Oh and she had just had surgery and was recovering from that. Then though I was a client they actually blocked me from their Facebook page. And let me say though she is my granddaughter you can ask any of their clients and her past employers. She is an excellent worker and employee. If they are that underhanded when taking care of a long time employee, do you really think they care about their clients?
