This is not a "quiet day spa" atmosphere- there is always a lot going on. This was my first experience with a pedicure. I have to say I am disappointed. The first let down…read morecame before we began ( was with sis-in-law who has been sick and needed to relax) they told us because our gift cards were 1 1/2 years old they normally don't honor, but would apply $15 out of $30. We pointed out that there is no expiration listed, but they were not swayed. I actually think this is illegal, but what do you do past mentioning it, and telling them to list a date in the future? So we switched from a spa to an express Pedi. I waited while my sis got started as they had double booked. Someone's kids (worker or owner) were running in a d out of the room talking, throwing dirty foot towels around (gross,) etc. Not relaxing. I could go on and on. One of my cuticles was cut, several nails are poorly done, my cuticles feel burned from the callous gel being left too long, many buffers, etc, did not appear to be cleaned between clients. I'll have to re-do my polish. It was a poor first experience. My sis in law has had many pedis, she was hacked! Will not go back. Feel shafted.
