If i could sum up this establishment in three words it would be awesome selfserve bakery! I believe they are a chain very popular in Germany and this location is very central in Schwerin. As soon as you walk in you take a tray and you have a wide variety of options from sandwiches and yummy pasteries. I got the fischbrotchen sandwich (It was my first time trying one) and it was delicious. The coffee wasn't bad either!
