The office offers stim therapy, piezo wave…read moretherapy, massage therapy, roller tables, decompression therapy, etc. First, the adjustment....Dr. Rita uses a drop table which I have found to be a much better and pleasant experience than chiropractors who do not use a drop table. It's less jarring and you don't feel violated by the Dr lol. The neck adjustment can also be done with the drop table which was a first for me. However, I find the manual manipulation of the neck provides better relief. Dr. Rita is very kind and personable. It's always a fun chat during the adjustments. Piezo Wave Therapy....Debbie administered this for my frozen shoulder and it was the weirdest sensation. It hurt for a super short period of time so she knew where to focus the machine. After one session my shoulder was feeling great. Debbie also works at the front desk for checkin/checkout and is super helpful. The Stim Therapy is usually done after the adjustment (you can do this or choose the roller table). This is basically just placing electrode pads on certain areas and providing stimulation to the area. AKA a TENS machine or EMS. I bought a TENS machine for use at home and find this really helps. Because I now own a TENS machine, the last few visits I have been opting for the roller bed. It appears the table can be set to either Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbar focus and it's timed....I think 10 minutes? It provides an awesome stretch and massage all at the same time. The practice is great as a whole. The ladies that work the front are very friendly and helpful. You can usually get a next day and sometimes same day appointment if needed. I really like that you can either call or text the practice line and they are very quick in responding. I have never seen Dr. Perkins or Dr. Jones but have heard good things about them too in the office. The office is LGBTQ+ friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Rita.

There was little to no eye contact, and it seemed like he was distracted, possibly watching something on his phone. I had also been trying to call the store earlier that day and left a message, but when I asked about it, I was simply told, "our phone isn't working," with no explanation or effort to assist further. I came in with a list of about seven items, but only three were available. When I asked about restocking or when inventory might be available, the response was repeatedly "I don't know." There was no attempt to offer alternatives, check further, or provide any kind of helpful guidance. I even offered to leave my name and number for a callback once their phone system was working again, but the response felt very indifferent. Customer service matters, especially in a health and wellness setting where people are seeking guidance and support. Unfortunately, this visit felt unprofessional--from the lack of engagement to the overall attitude. Additionally, their online store needs significant improvement. I attempted to create an account, but the site repeatedly returned errors, making it unusable. I cannot speak to Dr. Chris's expertise as a homeopathic practitioner since I have not personally consulted with him. However, based on this front-desk experience, it does raise concerns about the overall level of service.
