I inform her it couldn't be because I made the appointment at 8:40 because i had work commitments mid-day. She said she would try to work me in immediately. I wait 10 minutes, she comes back out and tells me the Dr. Isn't in the office. I tell them I will try to rearrange my work schedule and come back at 10:50. I return at 10:55 and sign in. Receptionist tells me Dr. Is behind and running 30-45 minutes late. At 11:57 I ask receptionist how much longer I will be waiting. She said not long because they had taken "all the paperwork." ...... Whatever that means... At 12:15 a nurse takes me back to an examination room and says, " good afternoon, can you believe it's the afternoon already." I didn't laugh..... She knew I wasn't particularly happy...... Body language I guess... I sit in exam room for about 10 minutes, and a PA comes in and tells me the results of the MRI. I ask some questions regarding treatment, both surgical and therapy based (knee issues). I left at 1:43 pm. Now I realize the doctor's time is valuable, that's why I pay so dearly for it! But my time is also valuable, with instructors, staff, and students depending on me doing my job as a technical college administrator. Will the Dr. pay for the 4 hours of my time that I now have to claim as sick leave? Ummm not likely. Could the receptionist have called me to tell me that the office was running an hour plus late? Definitely! Could they have apologized for not scheduling my appointment correctly in the first place? It would have been nice! As it stands I will take my business to another Dr. with the faint hope that another office will be more competent at scheduling, and more considerate of my time. Thank you Dr. Ritchie's office and Central Utah Clinic for an eye opening experience

I was fortunate enough that this place is about less than two miles from home so it is an easy and fast commute. Came here for the first visit back in Feb 2021, and there are currently two physical therapists that practice in this location. I was assigned to Austin and from day one he was compassionate and personable. Austin is very patient, engaging, and very aware of my recovery journey. If you think he's not looking while you're doing your exercises, think again! He will correct you and/or up your weight when he knows you're ready for it! The front desk manager, Jess, is soooo friendly! She makes you feel like you're a part of their family at first visit, and is also very personable! She makes you feel like you're a long lost friend and just chats it up with you when you come in, or about to leave. Steve, the owner, I have gotten to know a bit as I'm now one of the veterans there and he has such a caring attitude about you and you can feel that he is really there for your well being and will do what it takes to aid you in your recovery journey. The physical therapist assistant crew, are seriously the BEST people you can be around with! Yes, you see your physical therapist, but they also put you in the very well trusted hands of their assistants, who are the ones responsible for setting you up on the exercise machines properly, assisting you off the machines, setting you up with electric stimulation therapy, and ice/heat packs. Physical Therapist Assistants: Bailey, Elanoa, Baylee (Mon/Wed/Fri crew) and Taylor, Marty (Tues/Thurs crew) are really phenomenal in what they do. I have been there over 5 months now and each of them has gotten to know my routine, my timed machine exercises, and they don't even ask me where I'm going next, they set up the next machine for me w/out me asking. This is truly a phenomenal physical therapy location as the staff goes above and beyond to make their patients feel like family and truly taken care of. They really are your cheerleaders when you're there!

From the initial consultation to the follow-up, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and surprisingly affordable. Dr. Chappell took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease--no rushed visits or confusing jargon here. Even without insurance, it was cheaper than what I'd have paid at the University of Utah with insurance. The surgery itself was quick and straightforward, and the recovery was super quick. I was fully functional within just three days, not the two to three weeks I was bracing for based on what I'd heard elsewhere. No side effects whatsoever--no pain, no complications, just steady improvement. Within a couple of weeks, I was back to fly fishing, and all my symptoms were completely gone. Total life changer. If you're considering carpal tunnel surgery, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Chappell at In2it Medical. Top-notch care, outstanding results, and real value--five stars for sure

It turned out to be thousands more I paid the time of service I asked if I absolute owe anymore and they said no. Then I get a bill with no at all whatsoever. My wife's hands are dropping things now it made it worse. She even followed all of the physical therapy given her if you want to screw your wrist up more get taken advantage of get charged more so if you want all that stuff negative go in2it. I wish we had gone to IHC medical like we planneed. DONT DO IT. If you do record when you pay any time and always ask is that all I owe. I'm pretty sure 9095% sure that I got it recorded. I recorded just about everything that day including the lobby when we were in the lobby waiting and she was paying so I hope to find that so I can sue these liars. If they have a good review they most like had someone do it. On top of that it wasn't even the doctor it was a very unprofessional young man

The…read moreappointment only took 10-12 minutes, and it was concluded the pain was due to one of my sons legs being shorter than the other. The answer? Orthotics, or a heel lift. I repeatedly asked, but how do we fix it? He repeatedly said, a heel lift. This didn't feel right to me. It seemed like it would make a permanent issue out of something that must have a root cause. I did my own research. His legs are, in fact, the same length, but his Quadratus Lumborum muscle is pulling his pelvis up on one side of his body. The answer is stretching and chiropractic adjustments to reclaim symmetry, and maybe, if it fails, then possibly orthotics. But no freaking way should that be the first option for a 13 year old. A total disgrace, I'm so disappointed in the lack of answers and the "solution" that was recommended. An educated physician should have better information.
