It is a very bright and eclectic venue with the bar and walls decorated with neon signs and photos. The lights are dim to give you a romantic, easy going vibe. I unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy lunch or dinner here but their menu looks fantastic with many Vegan / Organic Options. Of course you can see into the kitchen so why wouldn't you look? I see the guy folding the boxes, take a piece of tissue, blow his nose on it and then wipe his hands with the tissue!! He had on gloves but wiped his snotty rag with them ... are you serious. I then see him continue folding the boxes with the same gloves on. I was shocked and mortified. I then see the one making the food put the food in the box ... You know I had to say something! I told him what the guy did and then the dirty nose guy says I'm not working I'm just watching. I said yes, you aren't making food but your dirty hands are messing with the boxes that my food now has to go in. He looked shocked and then agreed I was 100% correct ... No offer to make me another one or anything ... I'll never buy anything from this food truck again ... money down the toilet .... BEWARE!

The burger was even worse, it had a harsh, bitter flavor that reminded me of food cooked on an unclean grill or cooking surface.
