I signed a contract with Ortner Construction he hired this guy who IS NOT INSURED OR BONDED! He put numerous holes the conder block made in 1904. He never for filled the contract and walked away with half of the money, stuck me with 900 dollar bill on the lift , shows up on the job when he fills like it. Has one excuse after another. While he was pressure washing he was blowing the brick left and right and I had water and sand coming in the basement. I have photos , video and audio to back up anything that is stated here. I had to hire a mason to repair all this damage and won't be able to get the house done till next year. I honestly believe this was done intentionally due to our deeds have been forged .
