Our late mother was a vulnerable senior who received fraudulent account statements where embezzlement was indicated. Her vulnerability is reflected by the fact that her estate planning documentation is open to multiple interpretations and fundamentals are not explicitly stated. Those documents were prepared by PFHG Law and they allow payment to 3rd parties for services it seems that Wells Fargo should do in house. Make no mistake, the banking system, to a large degree owns the legal profession, and much of Federal and State Government. The financial services industry is one of the largest contributors to political campaigns and they fund both sides of the fence.
