Every minute of the class has a special activity -- different songs, activities, etc. They have drums, scarves, fun lights for a dance party, a lullaby to end with, etc. The teacher we have is super positive and allows kids to truly express themselves and interpret the activities however they want. And I'm proud to say I've learned to read music, strum a couple dozen chords, and even tackle a few songs - amazing. His family owned business nestled off of 421 puts the customer first. I had always told her if she stuck with it that one day we would buy her the grand piano she had always wanted. She had forgotten all about it, but we never did. I called the store and talked to a consultant by the name of Allen. A 50-minute conversation followed, and he took the time to answer all questions that I had about pianos, their store, and other things. We called our daughter and ask if she had any plans for the coming Saturday that we had a surprise for her. We went to the store and met Allen, and they discussed what she was looking for in a piano. We spent about 5 hours looking at what they had new and used in the store. Allen took the time to answer any questions told use the key points of each piano we looked at compared to the other ones we had played and looked at. He showed us the repair department so we could get an in-depth knowledge of why one brand cost more than the other due to its construction etc. We never ever felt pressured into making a choice that day. He said this is an important decision, and you want to feel you have made the right choice. We scheduled another visit the following week and spent about another 5 hours playing and looking at what they had in the showroom. She finally made a decision, and I would say that phone time and site visit we spent close to 16 to 20 hours of his time. Never once was he pushy or in any way not helpful. He offered so many suggestions along the way and made it such a pleasure to work with a true professional something that is lacking in many businesses today. After the sale he called and made sure that we had the delivery set up on our schedule and to check to see if there was anything else that he could do for us. I felt so guilty about taking up so much of his time, but he said he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision and that was his pleasure to help out. Michael R
