I had always told her if she stuck with it that one day we would buy her the grand piano she had always wanted. She had forgotten all about it, but we never did. I called the store and talked to a consultant by the name of Allen. A 50-minute conversation followed, and he took the time to answer all questions that I had about pianos, their store, and other things. We called our daughter and ask if she had any plans for the coming Saturday that we had a surprise for her. We went to the store and met Allen, and they discussed what she was looking for in a piano. We spent about 5 hours looking at what they had new and used in the store. Allen took the time to answer any questions told use the key points of each piano we looked at compared to the other ones we had played and looked at. He showed us the repair department so we could get an in-depth knowledge of why one brand cost more than the other due to its construction etc. We never ever felt pressured into making a choice that day. He said this is an important decision, and you want to feel you have made the right choice. We scheduled another visit the following week and spent about another 5 hours playing and looking at what they had in the showroom. She finally made a decision, and I would say that phone time and site visit we spent close to 16 to 20 hours of his time. Never once was he pushy or in any way not helpful. He offered so many suggestions along the way and made it such a pleasure to work with a true professional something that is lacking in many businesses today. After the sale he called and made sure that we had the delivery set up on our schedule and to check to see if there was anything else that he could do for us. The piano I received was not even close to what was represented and clearly had significant issues that should have been disclosed upfront. What happened next was even worse. When I contacted the owner to address the misrepresentation, his response was essentially: "That's what you get for not coming in person." No apology. No accountability. No attempt to fix the problem. Just arrogance and blame-shifting after taking a large sum of money. This tells you everything you need to know about how this business operates. They will say whatever they need to say to close a sale, and once they have your money, you are on your own. Honesty, ethics, and customer service are clearly not priorities here--especially for remote buyers. Selling high-end instruments requires trust. This business destroyed that trust completely. I regret ever dealing with them and strongly warn anyone considering a purchase--do not believe their claims, do not expect support, and do not assume they will stand behind what they sell. There are plenty of reputable piano dealers out there. This is not one of them. Ed, Your response is misleading and omits several key facts. First, the issue is not that the piano is 39 years old. Anyone in the piano business understands that age alone is not the problem. The issue is the actual condition of the instrument, which was not accurately represented. Second, sending photos does not replace honest disclosure. Photos cannot always reveal structural issues, soundboard problems, pinblock condition, or other mechanical defects that materially affect the value and playability of a piano. As someone who claims to have sold hundreds of instruments, you know that. Third, attempting to discredit me personally instead of addressing the condition of the piano says more about your business practices than it does about me. Writing a review about a poor experience is not a "threat," it is consumer feedback. That is the purpose of review platforms. Fourth, the fact that the piano was sent to another dealer is irrelevant. Dealers frequently purchase instruments remotely. That does not absolve a seller from accurately representing what they are selling. If you truly stand behind the claim of "399 satisfied customers," then addressing legitimate concerns about the 400th would be the professional way to handle it, rather than deflecting and attacking the buyer. I purchased the piano in good faith based on the representation provided. Unfortunately, the condition did not match those expectations. My review simply reflects that experience. Michael

They once called to advise of a mistake made on their end resulting in them needing to perform more extensive work, which would normally be a several hundred dollar job but they completed it absolutely free. I've sent their classes to a few of my former dance friends who are nervous to get into dance again but this is not a place you have to be intimated! The teachers are nice, the routines are fun, and everyone is very welcoming and accepting. They also offer really fun pop-ups like a musical theater pop-up to one of the Wicked songs (the choreo from the movie!), a Nutcracker ballet pop-up, and more. After growing up with intense dance instruction at other studios, Sho'Time is a breath of fresh air. There are hip hop, body sculpt, barre, and dance fusion classes- I honestly love all of them. I'm sore after each one! Sho always plays great, new music and is constantly teaching new moves and awesome choreography. The prices are great as well- college students only had to pay $60 for the whole summer this time around! You will love coming here and make some great friends as well. Highly recommend!

We love play school at Saxony! Our daughter has been going here since she was 4months old (she's 2…read morenow) and she has absolutely loved it! Our son (7mo now) has been going since he was 3mo old and I have peace of mind knowing he's well cared for in the infant room. They don't just put your baby in a bouncer and call it a day. They interact with the babies and give them age appropriate activities to make sure they're hitting their milestones and giving them love and attention. My daughter has loved all of her teachers and even grown a special bond with one of the teachers she's gotten to have in her infant room and her toddler room. It's the sweetest! The toddler room seems so fun for our new 2 year old with lots of arts and crafts and learning activities (she learned how to count to five in what seemed like a week)! They also have a Spanish class every day which I love. The new gym they recently added on is really nice for the kids during gym time- it's just like an elementary size school gym so lots of room for kids to get rid of energy. The building is well kept and they've been doing upgrades as needed- they just got new floors. The staff has always been very kind and helpful! Krista the director has been amazing! We get weekly lesson plans and a monthly newsletter with everything that'll be happening. I'm so happy my babies are safe and happy here, we love it!
