Luckily the salon was empty, but as soon as her assistant showed up she started moaning and bitching to her, showing annoyance because of a last minute customer (me). She didn't really do what I asked for (a bit of restyling), just trimming instead, so I had to go somewhere else a couple of days later. I had been to another Supercuts salon before (Liverpool Station) and they did a very good job, in terms of customer service and the actual haircut. I don't recommend going to this one unless management and staff changes.
