This is a great service. Our vacation rental didn't include a bed for my 1 year old and Babylicious had everything I needed. Communication and delivery were very simple and they had a great understanding of the resorts in the area. I would definitely use Babylicious in the future. read more

Excellent customer service and really helped us out in a pinch when we needed a pack and play urgently. However, the quality of the high chairs needs updated. They are super old and not ergonomic. They were difficult to configure and operate. They were difficult to clean since they had fabric cushions. Both babies hated them. Would highly recommend the company invest in high chairs that do not have fabric and are more upright. read more

We had an incredible experience with Babylicious. They were patient with us and made it easy to add on additional equipment as we realized what all we needed. The equipment was in good condition. The drop off/pick up process was so incredibly easy. It was so nice just to have it delivered to our room and not having to find a way to get the equipment from them. It took away a huge amount of stress for us with having 2 little ones on vacation. read more

Babylicious is an A+ rated small company with all very nice rentals for our grandkids. My daughter rented a few things from Babylicious. My wife and I arrive in Kauai a few days before our kids and our they wanted to make sure everything was good. Deerin at Babylicious assured us they would have everything ready by the time our daughter arrived. She even got us a day hiker back pack at short notice. And guess what- they had everything ready when our kids got to their condo. The pack and play was ready with a nice comfortable sleeping pad, the booster seat was set up, box of toys ready to go, bouncer and little car were in excellent condition and both grandkids loved them. Everything looked new and very clean. There was a small glitch as a bag of sand toys were not there, but No worries as the next morning they arrived. All I can say is that Deerin and her staff treated us like family. Thank you for helping make our vacation so worry free and delightful. Sebastian Amara and Lauren Amara Smith read more

Babylicious has helped make our trip with infants and toddlers so many times. The delivery and setup were seamless and the equipment were all in great condition. They've also given us suggestions based on our plans and kids ages. The kids loved the equipment and suggestions, and the adults enjoyed the vacation We've rented cribs, jogging strollers, wagons, beach tents and water toys and equipment. read more

First time renting baby gear and had a great experience. Will definitely do again! Pricing was super reasonable. I was able to rent different things for stays on the south shore and north shore. Added bonus the north shore delivery is free. We rented between the two places a crib, high chair, stroller, toys, and beach equipment. Everything appeared new and in good condition. We did have an issue with the tricycle working but otherwise no issues. The stuff is in your room when you get there - depending on where you are staying you may be expected to take it back to the lobby which is kind of a pain to deal with during checkout but likely no different than other services. Highly recommend! Especially in comparison to the alternative options that are more expensive and do not have flexible cancellation (problematic in the era of COVID). No complaints. read more

I took my 4 month old on vacation and rented a pack n play for 2 weeks. It was easy, cheap and they delivered it to my resort, then picked up when we left. They responded quickly and provided great service. I especially liked that they included 2 clean sheets, so we had a spare for any nightly mishaps. Highly recommend. read more

Super friendly and accommodating! I was pleasantly surprised to see the cleanliness and quality of the gear we rented! I honestly was not expecting such nice stuff. I'm very weary of rented baby gear since you never really know what germs your baby will meet on anything rented. But these were in great shape. A couple things worth mentioning: First, we needed a jumper/exersaucer which they had but was rented out. They bought a brand new one and had it (along with a booster seat and a great hiking backpack) delivered that night. Second, I broke the booster the first time using it. :-( when I showed them the piece that broke, out of good will, they did not charge for a new one. I just love this business and would return and recommend to anyone. We would have gone crazy if we had no jumper... My son is addicted to it! Tons of other gear that looked great too. Thanks Babylicious Moms! You made our vacation so much more enjoyable! :-) read more

Such a great company to use for baby gear rentals. They were so quick to reply and help out with organizing our rental of a pack n play, bumbo and basket of toys for my sons while in Kauai for a week. Definitely recommend!! And they split the toys between 1 year old and 4 year old, such a great deal and we would use them again! read more

I am SO grateful to Babylicious! After calling multiple rental places they either had no inventory or never called me back. Babylicious was Immediately responsive and answered all my questions, all while being super friendly! This was our first time traveling to Hawaii with a two-year-old and a good night sleep for him is key! We rented both a crib and bag of sand toys. The crib was in our time share unit, perfectly set up in the room we requested with a nice clean crib sheet! The bag of sand toys was even better than I expected and kept our son occupied for hours. We will absolutely rent from Babylicious every time we visit Kaui! read more

We had a great experience with Deerin at Babylicious. We arrived and all the baby gear was set up in our timeshare. They even went out of their way to swap out a product that wasn't a fit for our son. We'd definitely recommend and use them again. Mahalo! read more

Best vacation idea ever! We were recommended to Babylicious by our AirBnB host. I am so happy we did it! We rented a pack n play, high chair, box of toys, and beach gear. We didn't have to worry about carrying all this stuff, checking it at the airport, or fitting it into our small car rental. It was sitting right outside our door when we arrived. It was easy to set up- clean and in working order. My son loves the toys! And even the box they came in. I would definitely rent these items again. Thank you to Babylicious for great service ! read more

i was searching on the much-trusted Yelp for rentals and in some cases it was cheaper for me to just buy a new baby playpen at Walmart. Then I asked some local moms who had been to Kauai and two recommended this service. the two founders were friendly, attentive and clear. I stated we were allergic to fragrance and she told me how they cleaned the items (Clorox wipes and Dreft) so i opted to not get sheets and bring my own. It was clean and set up when we arrived and the good news is they came in afterwards to remove it so we were able to use the crib the entire stay. (That was mainly bc they worked with the condo manager we rented from) all said and done, I paid a bit over $80 for the wooden crib for a week. thx ladies! i also like supporting young women in business. read more

This is such a great service! Babylicious made our recent Island getaway a great one! We rented a pack n' play with a mattress and a high chair and our 14 month old daughter felt right at home! She slept and ate so well! Both items were super nice and very clean. And best of all, Babylicious coordinated with our resort and the items were set up and waiting in our unit when we got there! No bubbles no troubles! Thank you Babylicious! read more

We just used Babylicious for a week-long stay in Hanalei. We rented a Pack n' Play mattress, wagon, beach toys, high chair, and a few accessories. The items were in excellent condition and awaiting us upon arrival. Communication with the owners was easy and having these items upon arrival rather than having to schlep them on the plane made our trip so much easier. I cannot recommend Babylicious more. My family, including a 14 month-old granddaughter recently stayed a week in Princeville. We rented a crib, highchair and beach cabana from Babylicious. The products were delivered to the condo before we arrived and were picked up after our departure. It could not have been easier. The products were clean, in excellent condition, and Deerin was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They also provided some free beach toys which came in handy. Babylicious was a life saver for us on our first family trip of four to Kauai. We arrived into the condo with the baby crib set up and a bin of toys out. The bin of toys was a favorite for my 1 year old son and kept him occupied as I unpacked the car. Deerin is super responsive prior to the trip and helped us get the right equipment. Furthermore, all the equipment/toys were in pristine condition and clean. Thanks again! read more

We went to Kauai recently and rented a crib, beach items and toys. Hawaiian Airlines lost our stroller and they were able to add a stroller the last minute. Babylicious is affordable and so convenient! We'll definitely rent from them again in the future. read more

We rented from Babylicious over the holidays & could not recommend them more highly! Everything was super easy from start to finish. We were staying at a condo in Princeville, and all I had to do was put Babylicious & the rental company in touch with each other & everything went smoothly. Prices were very reasonable, and all of the gear was meticulously clean & in great shape. We rented a full sized crib, a high chair, and baby gates. Deerin is a pleasure to work with! We rented equipment during our stay in March of 2016. It was so convenient to have the items ready for us when we arrived and picked up after we left so we didn't have to worry about it. The equipment was clean and the baby loved it. It was nice to have stuff available to him without having to travel with it. We reserved a bouncer, high chair, jumper and a pack n play. Good prices, great customer service and the ladies are quick to respond to questions. I recommended them to a friend who traveled last Oct. and I am using them again for our upcoming trip in March. Love Babylicious! read more

Loved this place. I ordered a crib and upon our arrival the crib was fully installed with bumper and clean sheets provided. It was extremely easy for us to change the height of the crib and my daughter loved it. It was larger than the crib we have at home and quite comfortable for her since she fell and remained asleep in it our entire stay. They were also great at communicating and replying to my reservation very quickly. I would definetely rent from them again if I find myself on Kauai in the near future. Reliable, good quality and best prices (especially on the North Shore). read more

Fast and friendly over phone to make reservation. Babylicious worked with the condo rental agency to deliver the crib and high chairs to our room before we even arrived, which was a life saver because of the time shift and needing to put the infants to bed immediately after arriving. So convenient. We are very grateful. Gear was clean and functional. We are first time parents of twins and are extra paranoid, but gear was great! They also picked up the gear after we left the condo. No problems. No hassle. Great value. We will use them again in the future! read more

We rented several things from Babylicious in July 2017 and it was a huge help not to worry about bringing it all with us on vacation! They brought everything over to the condo and set it up before we arrived, then came to pick it up after we left. They were all very helpful via email making the reservation and payment was easy. We were really impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the items we rented. We even came back home and purchased our own jogging stroller just like the one we rented from them because it was so great! I will definitely be using their services again when we come back to Princeville! read more

I am so happy with Babylicious. I was showing around over the phone before my two week stay in Kauai. I wanted to recreate my baby's room as much as possible and rent the things she loves. They were by far the best on the Island. They delivered everything prior to my arrival, they were always on the phone if i had any questions and I will use them every time I come here. This place was super helpful while we were in Kauai in July. We rented a beach canopy and a baby bouncer chair. Both items were delivered on time and in excellent condition-very clean too. The owner responds very quickly and professionally to all emails. Small thing, it would be helpful to have an email confirmation that items were returned, as I had to leave them with the front desk when I left. I probably could have asked for one though. Definitely recommend this company! read more

For 4 grandkids we rented a crib, a smaller crib, high chairs, two bouncer chairs, exersaucer, a Bumbo seat, plus beach items and life jackets. Everything was delivered and set up before our arrival, which was wonderful. Deerin, one of the owners (and the only one I spoke with) is one of the world's nicest, smartest, and most service-oriented business owners you could ever hope for. She keeps in touch via text; none of that 'waiting for a call' stuff that can be so nerve-wracking on vacation. The equipment was super clean and in new condition. And when we realized we needed a baby bath tub, they drove it out to us, pronto. Just a fantastic company. Their goods and services made the vacation that much better. Pickup was a breeze, too. They connect with the rental people and you do not have to worry about a thing. Wow! read more
