After coming home and having mom go through what I bought, realized that a 2 month old grows pretty fast, so getting the next size up is a must. I kept those that would fit, and decided to come in today to return. Service: the women there were NOT helpful at all. Not with sizes, nada. Im not a mom and I havent bought clothes for an infant since was niece was born 8 YEARs ago! The cleaniness : its disorganized and not appealing. The return policy: easy. Had my recipt , returned what was too small, and that was it. Im feeling really dissapointed with this Mall and the service with the stores. Maybe its the holidays , I dunno. I thought maybe I'm in the wrong floor or something. Walked all the way to the escalator only to find out it wasn't the case. I decided to walk down the corridor where I came from to get back to my vehicle. I so happened to be on the wrong floor level and guess what I found?! The damn ANF store that I couldn't locate earlier on. Now nowhere on the map does it even say the store is right next to Nordstrom on the second floor!! Wtf The store had hardly any customers or floor associates. The merchandising looked neat and tidy for all 6 rooms. ZERO acknowledgments --as in verbal or nonverbal ones by the employees once reaching the cash wrap either. There were two at the POS but both were busy on the phone or chatting. They were well aware of my presence. Even glanced at me twice to see if I'm still standing there. I just let them until called. The return/refund process itself was easy. I had the QR code ready to go. Scan, dump, and out. But knowing the experience I had today, I most likely wouldn't return unless I had to do returns again.

He lifted the ropes to let us in, as if we were entering an exclusive night club. Once inside the store, the first thing I saw was a giant Santa statue and a great Christmas decoration display. Then, I saw rows and rows filled with clothes and various products. This felt like the perfect place to go to find a gift for someone. I'm not sure this is where I'd shop for myself necessarily. It's a bargain type store and if you hunt well enough, you're bound to find something. My negatives were that I never could find an employee in the store (other than the security guard or at cash register area). The music was a bit loud for me and would be interrupted by commercials.
