I love the fact that this place was open.. this is my first pregnancy and I wanted my boyfriend to experience this with me. Since covid happened no ones allowed to go with you to appointments so that really sucks you have to do it alone. I forgot to write my review for this place! I'm a first time mom and with all this covid stuff going on my husband had not had the opportunity to see his child on ultrasound. So right away I googled placed for private ultrasounds and found Baby Glimpses. We waited until we could find out the gender and came in towards the end of October. This place is so clean and well kept! The staff was really friendly and we got to bring 5 family members (including my husband) and found out we are having a boy! Such a wonderful experience! We were a little hesitant to go during the COVID pandemic, but their safety precautions made us feel safe and comfortable. Our little girl was also being highly uncooperative but our tech Alex was very patient and understanding. She took the time to make sure we walked away with perfect shots of our baby's adorable little face. The room is absolutely huge and decorated nicely. I could see this being nice for a large group after the pandemic is over. Currently, they limit you to two people in the room with you. I absolutely love this place! The girl who is always working is very friendly. I've came here twice, once in June to find out my baby's gender and this past Monday just to see my beautiful baby girl. I'm 34 weeks and the woman working was able to see my baby so perfectly thanks to her giving me advice to drink TONS (2 liters a day) of water for two days before the appointment. Usually it's difficult to get good pictures at this week of pregnancy but she did it and me and my boyfriend were very happy with the session and pictures we recieved. This place is so worth it, even the heartbeat bears are! If you're thinking of coming here, don't even think about it, just do it because I promise you will not regret it. My wife and I had the day off from work and were able to make a same day appointment for a 3D ultrasound. Staff was awesome and caring and didn't rush us even tho the baby was sleeping and positioned wrong. The ultra sound tech had my wife do some stretches and walk around and the baby ended up turning and we got a ton of awesome pictures of our beautiful baby girl! Lol i should of attached a better photo. But our stuffed animal is the softest thing in the world and i can't stop clicking to hear the heart beat. It's the best gift to myself I could of ever gotten. Except that isn't the reason I went in. Lol I called around lunch, and just praying they'd be able to take me basically as a walk in because Idk why i had really worried myself that I didn't feel baby and I needed to feel baby. Baby glimpses said no problem! Come in! And from walking in to walking out I had the BEST EXP ever. I'm sad I didn't get her name because she was amazing. I was stressing and she was relaxing. I walked in the room completely shook at how large and beautiful it is with a large screen to see baby! I honestly was expecting a tiny doctors room because that's what I'm used to. But they had baby music playing! Softest couch ever. The room is set perfectly. I want to go back just to hang out in the room. I actually might book again just to do that Lol. Anyway i was just very well taken care of, my ultra sound lady knew her stuff and my baby also wasn't up for pics but she worked with me and I can't tell baby glimpses how much appreciate them!!!! baby was just fine. I can't say enough good things about this place. Our experience was great! We booked online and purchased a package for us to find out the gender. We went in at 16 weeks, then the gender was confirmed with our doctor at our 20 week scan. We decided to go back once our little bundle was further along. Totally met all my expectations we were having trouble finding the gender of my baby but the ultrasound tech made sure she worked on it and never once complained instead she helped me try different methods to get my baby into position so we would be able to see her :) took us some time but she never gave up and was super sweet about it too! I had the best experience here. We came at 12 and baby's legs were crossed the whole time. The ultrasound tech was so patient; she had me try everything to get baby to move. She finally asked if we wanted to come back at 2:45 which we agreed. When we came back the placenta was in the way! So I bounced on the ball and again the ultrasound tech was so patient and continued to try and get baby to move. Finally she got the gender!!! We called Baby Glimpses on short notice for an appointment and were thrilled they were able to get us in the same day. The staff was wonderful. We went for the 8 week ultrasound. The facility was spacious, clean, be super comfortable with a couch for my family. Seeing the baby on the big screen was awesome! I got a little heartbeat animal so I can hear my baby's heartbeat any time I want. Our visit was excellent, and I am really really looking forward to coming again to determine the gender. I agree with another review that making an appointment would be advisable. When we went, there was one staff member who was assisting us, and, although I don't know if she did for sure, I could understand if she chose to lock the doors while in the session with us. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. We had a lot of people (25ish) for our gender reveal. We weren't rushed at all. The one that did our scan made sure we got a great view of the baby and numerois great pictures. When I call they answer promptly and they answer with information that was true. We drove a little ways to get here and glad we did. I highly highly recommend them to anyone wanting to see their baby. Saw the bad review... i think maybe the person working had a client at the time... maybe... I know when we went we had the employee's full attention. Very cute facility/studio. Pretty decorations and quiet. In a good parking lot, with decent amounts of parking. Women working there are very nice and polite. Very good customer service. Big comfy room with a mounted screen so you can fit a large amount of people to watch your ultrasounds. Packages are very modestly priced and affordable. Session isn't rushed at all. Amazing experience! Walking in its very welcoming and clean. The staff are super friendly and understanding when a few minutes late. On my first experience with them my baby was asleep and the second time my baby boy was being super shy the staff worked with me having me bounce on a yoga ball. After, announcing my baby's gender staff offered for my family and I to take pictures w/ adorable signs they provide. The quality of the photos and video are extremely clear as well. The images of our first grandchild today were very exciting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the couch and bench inside the viewing room are filthy. They are in desperate need of either cleaning or replacement...even a slip cover. I refused to sit on either. It really detracted from our overall experience. I'm NOT a germaphobe either. Thank you so much for my first ultrasound experience!!! Went here for a second time on my birthday. I was 15 weeks and we found out that we were having a boy!!! Best birthday present if you ask me. We also got a glimpse of him in 4D and the gender reveal balloon. I now have my 3rd appointment with them scheduled and I'll be 29 weeks. My wife and I have had several ultrasound appointments here (two different pregnancies) and the staff has been consistently friendly and polite. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The ultrasound room is large and could easily accommodate a large group. The viewing screen is large as well. They are on time and do not rush the appointment, doing their best to get some really awesome photos. They have various packages that are priced competitively. It's a large room with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs for family members. The bed for pregnant mom is also very cozy. I would love to like this place as I have heard they are great. But twice I have gone, different times during the day and they are closed when they say in their sign they should be open!!! I take time from my working day to come all the way out to see them and they are constantly closed. I get its hard being a small business owner but it's also hard to show up to work for the rest of us and we have to do it. read more
