Baby Envision was amazing! I got the summer special and hadn't been before. With my first child I got a 4d with her through a hospital. This is SUCH a better experience. The room is so comfortable and the fact that they have a toy box for little ones and allow up to ten guests is amazing. The ultrasound tech was kind and professional as was the front desk staff. The experience felt so much better than doing it in a hospital room. My son was wide awake with his eyes open and the photos were great! I will be telling everyone to go through baby envision for their 4d!

My husband and I are looking for places that do 3D ultrasounds and I was considering this place, but the reviews are making me super nervous, would anyone mind sharing additional info on their experience?

It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

The biggest issues are the long wait times made worse by inefficient and rude staff.

Dr. Young is probably the best OBGYN I've ever seen and I owe so much of my reproductive health to her! The last time I was in, they also had suicide prevention posters up for those who may be in distress, which I LOVE as someone from a psychology background. These posters included a link to online mental health resources and a phone number to either call or text in an emergency. This is something I'm so proud to see from a health system that I see so many specialists from! Thank you for your care and compassion, Michigan Medicine!

They had zero knowledge of a hearing restoration surgery done years ago in another country that I brought up. All they did was a run of the mill hearing test you can get for free at hearing centers, told me my 1 ear was perfectly fine (It's not) and billed me over $500. Insurance got approx half. I waited 3 months for an appointment that cost me almost 2 days pay that was just a complete waste of my time. Services in the past have had the billing process be a complete disaster. Screwing up mailing invoices and then I get a letter 4 years later from a collection agency that is so crooked that the BBB dropped accreditation. It's telling for a company that uses companies like this.

My husband brought our daughter to this Urgent Care for an ear infection. He informed Dr. Ali that…read moreshe has an allergy to amoxicillin/clav. Dr. Ali prescribed azithromycin and a steroid instead of the medication I am used to seeing previously for ear infections. As a parent, I simply wanted to better understand the reasoning behind the treatment choice and why a different approach was taken. The following morning, I politely called the office and spoke with the front desk to ask if I could speak with Dr. Ali regarding the prescriptions. I was told they would leave him a message since he was busy. Instead of calling me back, Dr. Ali called my husband in a fit of anger, questioning why I would question his decision and if I had questions, why I didn't take her in instead. To my husband's surprise, he then informed him that he was placing a note in the system to refuse future care to my five-year-old daughter and abruptly hung up. I went back a few days later for treatment for myself, as well as referred a friend, thinking the earlier incident was just a misunderstanding. After I checked in and paid my copay, his staff told me I was being refused care. It turns out Dr. Ali didn't just ban my 5 year old, he blacklisted my entire family because I asked a simple question. He wouldn't even come out to explain. It's incredibly frustrating that a doctor would retaliate against a whole family just because a parent asked about a prescription. As a parent, it is my responsibility to advocate for my child and understand what medications are being prescribed and why. Asking a question is not being complicated, it's called being an involved parent. In my opinion, what made this experience especially disturbing was not the medications themselves, but the level of unprofessionalism shown by a doctor afterward. No patient or parent should be made to feel intimidated, dismissed, or punished simply for asking a reasonable question about medical treatment
