This is our first pregnancy and we looked forward to going to Baby Envision since the day we found out to see our baby and possibly find out the gender early! We went at 15 weeks and brought our parents along. I left there crying because our parents couldn't even fake excitement. Our experience was not good, when we were watching the ultrasound it was so blurry and hard to tell what we were even looking at! The photos and the DVD are the same, we are so embarrassed by them we won't even show anyone. We were also told a certain gender. We came back a week later at 16 weeks for an included follow up to recheck the gender, still the same. We complained while we were there about our first visit and the photos we got and the reslonse we got was, "nothing we can do for you". We had to toss out our photos, especially the ones that said boy on them. Not worth keeping what you can't even see... I should have followed my gut about the gender. Im not a professional but I should have known the little speck they said was boy parts was most definitely not. Our baby was confirmed a girl with our OB at 18 weeks. read more

Baby Envision was amazing! I got the summer special and hadn't been before. With my first child I got a 4d with her through a hospital. This is SUCH a better experience. The room is so comfortable and the fact that they have a toy box for little ones and allow up to ten guests is amazing. The ultrasound tech was kind and professional as was the front desk staff. The experience felt so much better than doing it in a hospital room. My son was wide awake with his eyes open and the photos were great! Baby envision is a place I would recommend to any pregnant woman out there. We all get impatient when pregnant and wonder if we can find out the sex of the baby earlier than our Drs will tell us. I was able to find out that I'm having a boy at 16 weeks and the experience of seeing our baby 3d/4d was unforgettable. I brought 3 of my kids to the ultrasound and it was an exciting experience for them as well. The staff are all super nice and professional. I highly recommend trying them out. read more

This place has great reviews on the site but I don't see a place to accually write the reviews, so I am not sure where the reviews are comming from. We had an apointment at 4pm we drove 3 hours to get there and were 45 min early. No one was there to let us in, the bathrooms were locked as well. The tech came in the hall way and was as baffled as us as to why we were locked out of the office. After waiting well over an hour we were told that in order to keep things running smoothly would we mind giving up our apointment (which was now past) to the next family and come back in 3 and a half hours... we complied and waited, this was very inconveniant as we are very far from home and had to find our way around the city. When we came back that evening they were sill running over an hour late, so we waited the 30 min prior to our apointment (we were early as not to make them wait) then an additional hour for the appointments that were 'ahead' of us. We were given a free bear (they had a coupon on facebook anyway) for our trouble but whenwe asked for a free dvd to be thrown in they refused. The staff were freindly and tried but the owener wasn't going to make us feel welcomed. When it was finally our turn we enterd a very nice room with plenty of space for family if you bring them. They had a very new ultrasound tech and although she was very nice it was difficult to watch the ultrasound, it seemed that she was only interested in getting face pics and not showing us our little one. We finally got to see the gender (the reason we had an apt) and it was iffy she kept looking but not really getting a good peek. She said 80% girl and gave us a pic. I had a feeling that they just didn't want to have us back in for the "free peek if we can't find it" apt. All in all it was ok, we got what we wanted but it wasn't the experiance that we were hoping for and the reviews didn't seem to add up as most of the families in the waitng area seemed to be unhappy with their results as well... read more

I have done the same ultrasound with my first son and have gotten way clearer pictures at the hospital. I came home after my appointment with envision today and compared the pictures. The 3d ones at the hospital were way more clear and you could see the face clearly as compared to the ones today. I payed $50 more than At the hospital. Will not visit again. I had 10 people with me i expected greater quality pictures. I would have rather done them at the hospital again and show them at home. Even the 2d pictures looked unclear. read more

Baby Envision has been one of the coolest experiences I've had while pregnant. My husband and I did the early gender reveal when I was 15w1d. It was going to be just us when word got out to my family and almost everyone in our immediate family expressed that they wanted to come! I called Baby Envision to see if this was crazy or if they did in fact accommodate 12 people, and guess what they do! So my entire family went as well as me and my husband. The room is so cute and comfortable with a few big screen tvs so everyone could get a good view. The ultrasound tech got such cute video of our busy little baby and was able to find the gender after much persuasion. She wrote our gender on a card so we could go home and do a gender reveal! We got blood work 1 week later from our Dr. that confirmed our baby girl was in fact a girl. Such a great experience I recommend it to anyone I know whose pregnant. read more

I LOVED my visits to Baby Envision! First, I went for a gender ultrasound at just 15 weeks and was delighted with the experience. I understood that at 15 weeks that babies are very tiny and still undergoing dramatic development but I was too impatient to wait until my doctor could get me in! The office was extremely nice and they had a Disney movie playing and toys in the office for my daughter to play with while I did paperwork. The receptionist (Mary) was very attentive and excited for me. She helped me pick out an adorable little animal that we were able to record my baby's heartbeat with. The tech who did my ultrasound was INCREDIBLE and so patient. My little one was being difficult and wouldn't uncross his legs. The tech brought me some juice to wake the little guy up and eventually he did! She was able to get a few good pics, which was a pleasant surprise considering how little my baby was. When I checked out they offered to recheck the gender again in a couple weeks FREE of charge, which I graciously accepted. I was also given a high value coupon to return later in my pregnancy so I could get some cute face pics. I came back 2 more times, once for the recheck and again for another session when I was 30 weeks. Both visits were terrific. The tech at the last visit got BEAUTIFUL pictures of my son. I also got a dvd of the entire ultrasound that I was able to share with my Mother-In-Law who lives in another state. Thank you, Baby Envision, for giving me the amazing opportunity to see my little boy growing in my womb. I will truly cherish the experience and my photos forever. read more

Be cautious of what these ultra sound technicians tell you. It is truly for entertainment value. We were told we were having a boy and "shown" the scrotal sacks in the picture. At 22 weeks, they would not have even formed yet and our OB's office told us 2 weeks later it was a girl and that what we were shown were in fact swollen girl parts. read more

Super good experience. I got to see my precious little girls facial features. I had to come back a week from my original apt because the first time she did not want to show us her face. It's awesome they let you come back in for redos (: But today the ultrasound tech got her to move her little legs and her hands out of her face. Seeing her move and stick her tongue out and see she is moving and growing is a wonderful relief. I'm happy I got to experience this. Also right when your apt time is, is when they call you back. So the first time I went I was 30 weeks. The girl never shut up she seriously talked about other customers, her life, the weirdest names she heard blah blah blah seriously never shut up my husband was so annoyed. We finally started getting the ultrasound and she kept saying she couldnt get the top on his head and couldnt see anything then told me he was moving too much to see anything PLUS We paid for the dvd and she forgot to start recording. She told us she couldnt get anything good and said we needed to come back so she walked us to the front desk and tried to talk us into going to a different location.... really????? So we rescheduled for a week later and the girl that did the ultrasound was amazing I had to bring my other children and she was so sweet to them. She was using things on the ultrasound machine that the other girl wasnt she also told me that the more the baby moves the better. They should fire the other girl because she was terrible. Id never go again with another pregnancy. read more

I'll be honest, my wife and I were completely disappointed with our experience. The tech was unprofessional and jabbed my wife's stomach several times with her hand, trying to get the baby to move. We understand trying to get baby to change directions, but it almost seemed over the top. Also, we anticipated this day for so long, but after driving almost two hours, our session lasted MAYBE 5-10 minutes and we were told to reschedule after the tech ended it early. We came home with nothing, wasted $40 (because we only received half our refund), and had another 2 hour drive home. I get the refund policy, but to keep our $40 and give us nothing after an incomplete session, is terrible customer service. Very unimpressed. read more

I didn't get to take any photos home because our little one wouldn't stay still and had every one of his body parts in front of his face (he was being very stubborn) ! But even with that being said I can't wait to go back next week and it still made me happy feeling like I know some of my sons personality already ! I went there about a year ago and had very high hopes of seeing my little one. It all seemed to be going well at first, ofcourse they try to sell you everything under the sun and the sad part is that you have to commit to your package before you can actually see anything. We go into the room which was very nice and our technician seemed to be nice. She tried for 30 minutes to get us a picture of our baby however he was not in a good postion to view him. She couldn't get one so she gave up. We left the room feeling let down and sad. We go out to print pictures and I am telling the receptionist that we are not happy. She then states that bigger people have a hard time getting good photos. For the record I only gained 25 lbs with my son and started out at 125, I am 5'5 and wear a size 4, I am not a big person. I was all belly however as a pregnant lady at 30 weeks I was less than thrilled to hear this. I contacted the manager and the owner only to be yelled at and told that we signed a waiver and what we got is that. I only wanted to come back in and try again. This place is awful and would never reccomend to anyone. It is such a magical time and nobody should have to experience an awful person and owner. This company is the worst.
