The shoes I bought are listed at DSW for US $79.95. The staff are friendly and helpful, one of the sales assistants was very obliging in helping us find the size for the shoes we wanted because we couldn't find one on the shelves. In fact, they come up to you when they see you looking at shoes and let you know that if you can't find your size on the shelf, they'll check if they have it in their stockroom. I know it's their job but I've found the staff at other outlet stores to be unhelpful or grumpy, so for me it's a plus that they have good sales assistants.

If you've never been to MSY before, it can be quite a unique experience. Unlike other department stores, where you can walk along multiple aisles, picking up the stuff you want and taking it to a counter for billing. At MSY, there is only a counter. You stand there and ask for what you're after. The service staff are Brilliant and will fetch it for you and proceed to bill immediately. If you're smart or have been there before, you would have called in with your request, confirmed the product is available and reserved it online or over the phone.
