No help what-so-ever. Called us to reschedule due to Dr. "emergency" that was 6 hours in the future. We had late day appointment that they wanted to move up. Didn't care about our time and lost time at work. Prescribed ear drops for toe infection that did nothing to resolve issue. Claimed our insurance was expired. It is not. read more

I've had mixed experiences with Dr. Babol. Positively, she treated a toenail issue I had and was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, whenever you call, the phone goes directly to voicemail (both the WA and ID) numbers. No one calls you back. I've left 5 messages and called 12 times in the past 2 weeks and finally got the receptionist to call back, but she failed to get the estimate she promised she would have before my appt with the doctor, so I had to cancel the appt. Last time I went, there was a billing error that took 6 months to get corrected, so I didn't want to risk that again. I'm disappointed as I actually really like Dr. Babol. It's her front desk staff that aren't professional. read more

I went to go see the doctor yesterday with my daughter. The doctors assistant who does not know English very well was very rude to us. I had made the appointment to have our toe nails trimmed and callouses taken care of. none of that happened. the doctor did not even come to see us. her assistant slash receptionist only took a picture of my daughters feet and told us they will call us to set up an appointment for our feet. I have been going there for years. she needs to fire the very rude receptionist, and hire a receptionist who would be a professional. in the past the doctor never ignored us. she did not even say hi. I expect more from professionals. read more

It is eleven months and our bill isn't correct. They will not credit our account when we make a payment. We even sent in copies of both sides of our cancelled check. What a terrible business it seems most of their help barely speaks English. read more

This Doctor does not communication well with the patient and does not know what she did with the patient the prior appointment. The x-rays that were taken were not shown to me nor was the reason given to take the x-rays. After spending time and money the doctor didn't seem to know the symptoms I was experiencing. She was in and out of the exam room without explanation of why, or if she would be back. She then would send in someone else to finish up the disconnected, unorganized, appointment with costs and deposit info. The office staff were very nice, but noticeably not happy to be in her employment. I obviously did not get the care that I needed. read more

Without Dr. Babol, my father would not still have his feet. Her excellent treatment and care, along with her staff, were gifts to my father and me. She really listens to the patient and their goals and shows respect for them. We are grateful to Dr. Babol. read more

Dr. Babol kept me waiting for a long time. She did not even touch my feet. Dr. Babol prescribed anti-fungal medication, asked whether my foot hurt where I might have a bunion, and that was it. I felt like I could have gone to the drugstore to buy over the counter medication. Not impressed. I have been to two other podiatrists in another city, who treated me much better and actually provided treatment - trimming ingrown nail. read more
