The conversations were always centered on fix the complaint but the cause of the complaint. Having had six shoulder surgeries - "non weight bearing" is not an option in my life. I also chase around a 2-year-old granddaughter almost daily. I was referred to Dr. Nunez by a friend he had recently operated on. Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years - I have very high standards for medical offices. The office is clean. The staff is very personable and attentive. After having a fairly in-depth conversations with Dr. Nunez and learning he believes that you don't fix the problem the complaint comes back. He spoke my language. Dr. Nunez operated on my left foot March 1. I walked out of the office post op. It went so well I scheduled my right foot for early June. I would also like to add - after hours communication is excellent. I highly recommend seeking out Dr. Nunez for foot surgery. I am forever thankful for his skills.

It had become debilitating! I went to Dr. Nunez for a consult. I had been skeptical about his low invasive approach, under a local and asked for a "sign" that I should have him fix my issue. Upon walking in for my consult, 3 post-op patients were in the waiting room raving about the surgeries and their results. I took this as my "sign" and decided to proceed. The surgery was a breeze, I walked out in very little pain. I think I took 2 pain pills immediately after, as I wasn't sure what to expect when the numbing agent wore off. However, I don't think I even needed those. Recovery was a uneventful and speedy. I was mowing the yard after 2 weeks post-op! This man gave me my life back and I am very grateful. I highly recommend his approach and wouldn't hesitate to go back, if needed!

None of them were capable of helping me in fact none of them ever took an xray. Eventually my regular doctor/PA made me an appt with Dr. Arnold. 1st thing on the 1st visit I got an xray which showed I had a prominent bone spur on the afflicted food which helps to irritate the PF issue. I received a shot on the second visit, another appt was scheduled 2 weeks later but when I was interviewed by Dr. Arnold she determined since the pain was gone at that point no shot was advised. I havent been back, I have been pain free with only a minor, very minor flare up after doing things like pushing heavy wheel barrows which before ruined me for days. I can bike ride again too which is very important for me. Thank you Dr. Arnold. Office staff is very helpful and nice also.

Doctor Stowell examined me and quickly diagnosed my condition. The Dr ordered an MRI and prescribed medication for my ailment. I returned a couple of weeks later after the MRI and the doctor reviewed it. The doctor recommended I do not have a knee surgery . Instead he recommended I get a cortisone injection. I have been pain free for about 6 months. I returned several months later for pain in my heal. The examining foot doctor diagnosed plantar fasciitis and ordered physical therapy. The therapist indicated that the fasciitis is a result of chronic tightness in the calf muscle. The therapist performed a muscle relaxation massage on the calf and several stretches. Those exercises worked great!!

I waited nearly three months to see Dr. Richard Lee Stowell, under the guidance of my physical therapist. When I finally got in, the visit lasted barely five minutes, with no meaningful examination, no new information, and no real plan. Instead, I was referred for a $500 MRI at Post Falls Emergency Hospital -- a facility the news is currently spotlighting for billing and arbitration practices. I later learned this MRI referral was tied to OSL and its partners, something that was never explained. Privacy was another major issue. During what should have been a confidential consultation, eight different people came in and out of the room with no introduction and no request for my consent. I did not agree to discuss my personal medical information in front of them. Despite being told to "come in ASAP" because the condition could be serious, the follow-up appointment was pushed out another 3-4 weeks, first to August 25 and then to August 27, with no explanation. The urgency they expressed simply wasn't reflected in their actions. When I finally emailed saying I would not be returning, the office manager called twice -- once to apologize and once to offer a refund of the $250 I paid upfront, asking me to come in and sign for the release of my records. I signed the release, but the imaging from the follow-up was never provided to me. Later, I received a letter stating the clinic was "terminating" me as a patient, even though I had already ended the relationship myself. The letter had no clinical purpose and felt like after-the-fact paperwork cleanup rather than genuine medical follow-up. This wasn't a simple scheduling mix-up. In my experience, it was a pattern: * Urgency stated, then ignored * Patient privacy overlooked * Administrative promises not kept * Records handled questionably * A referral pipeline tied to a facility now in the news for its billing practices Northern Idaho patients deserve better -- better coordination, better privacy, and better follow-through than what I experienced here.

He only turns to surgery as the last option after trying absolutely everything else first, which is how I believe it should be. When faced with surgery, he explained different options I had, and even wrote down the info so I could research it myself. I have never met a doctor who cares as much and is a helpful as him. Everyone at MWOS was great from the moment we checked in. The receptionist was very friendly and discreet when it was needed. My nurse, Cathy, was awesome She took great care of me, again explaining everything she was doing and why. I needed some special assistance at one point before going in for surgery and she handled it professionally and, again, with discretion. She also took care to include my husband in all conversations as did everyone who talked to me before surgery. The nurse who took care of me in recovery was great! I think her name is Wendy. Made sure I was comfortable and coming out of it well. The nurse who wheeled me out to the car whose name I didn't catch was also very friendly and made sure I was moving correctly when getting into our Jeep. Everyone here was awesome! I highly recommend NWOS and Dr. Moss. I have not had one bad experience there with anyone and am looking forward to having my right hip done there as soon as I can.

I came for a consultation about an injury. I needed a doctors note to validate my time off request…read moreat work. The Doctor said she usually only gives those for school. I explained I needed it for my sick time request and she said to wait in the lobby. I proceeded to wait thirty minutes and had to request the two line note three times before they handed it to me. The nurse who took my vitals threw my arms around like i was a toy or something. They also ordered an xray when we already has an MRI. They also didn't offer to validate our parking but did for all other patients we witnessed checking in. I'm really confused and bewildered by the way I was treated. I also need to get a second opinion because she treated my obvious issues in the scans as non problematic. If you have a choice go somewhere else. people are just paychecks to this clinic.
