There was very little wait time, everybody was friendly and helpful. The whole medical team did an excellent job, they made her feel really safe and helped her with her nerves. They did a great job of figuring out what was wrong, telling us what we needed to do. Really appreciated the service that we received and appreciated that there was not a long wait time for triage or to be seen by a provider.

Ate that point, he changed one of my prescription for urgent need to urinate. The drug he switched me to cost over 300.00 per month. On my next visit I asked to switch back to the old drug that cost around 25.00 a month. He refused so I went to my GP and got it switched back and it works just fine. So to continue with my bladder infection, he decided to run some tests on my urinalysis. Meantime he advised me that he would not put me on another drug antibiotic until he got the results. Two weeks went by and no call, meantime I was suffering from my bladder infection. I called the office and came to find out the results came back a long time ago and immediately they put me on a prescription. Apparently this NP had totally ignored my situation. I'm not quite done. He then set me up to see the doctor, Chad Peterson, but I was not advised what for. The had done a scope done on my bladder and found nothing unusual. So when I went to the office to see Dr. Peterson, the nurse came in and said she had to prepare me for a procedure. I asked what procedure she was talking about and she advised me that they were going to go up my penis (don't know what they call this) I refused and asked to talk to Peterson. I had been seeing Chad Peterson for years. He advised me that the procedure wasn't necessary as the scope was just fine. The impression. I felt was that this NP reminded me that when I was in the Army, with a real bad attitude. I will never return to this office ever again. It was a nightmare.

Upon walking in for my consult, 3 post-op patients were in the waiting room raving about the surgeries and their results. I took this as my "sign" and decided to proceed. The surgery was a breeze, I walked out in very little pain. I think I took 2 pain pills immediately after, as I wasn't sure what to expect when the numbing agent wore off. However, I don't think I even needed those. Recovery was a uneventful and speedy. I was mowing the yard after 2 weeks post-op! This man gave me my life back and I am very grateful. I strongly advise anyone needing hand surgery to stay away…read more Dr. Rooney is not a hand specialist, yet he operated on my hand. He used an inappropriate incision for hand surgery, did not have proper visualization equipment, and according to his own operative notes, was unable to clearly identify the tendons during the procedure. He also failed to repair the nerve. After surgery, he told me I would never regain sensation along the side of my finger. That statement was presented as permanent. In reality, I did not regain sensation until after a second surgery, which directly contradicts what I was told postoperatively. Within one month, I had to fly to Florida to see a second surgeon to correct the damage. That surgeon restored movement in my PIP joint and reconnected the nerve--work that should have been addressed initially. I was told by the second surgeon that this was one of the worst repairs they had ever seen. The excessive scarring, functional loss, and need for corrective surgery were avoidable with proper expertise. Based on my experience, Dr. Rooney should not be performing hand surgery. If his training is foot and ankle, that is where he should stay. Hands are too complex and too important to be treated this way. I would not trust him with hand surgery, and patients deserve to know this before making a decision.

I went to Rockwood clinic who diagnosed me with a large blood mass. Surgery was required to remove it. I considered a lawsuit against Dr "Cutting " and the surgeon said it was negligence and he would testify against him. Hopefully he's a better doctor now but I wouldn't recommend him.

I know of a dozen women who have had the same experience-he can't figure out what's wrong, so he says that the patient is having a break down or needs help. All the women have had serious health issues that he ignored or missed.
