When I raised concerns, my message was simply forwarded to that attorney with no effort to resolve the issue. It felt like they were protecting themselves--not representing me. The final straw was finding out I'd been dropped as a client without any notice. They were holding an escrow check and only returned it with my files after multiple emails and calls. No explanation--just silence until I pressed for answers. Yes, I stood up for myself and expected accountability. That may not have been convenient for them.
