However, I will shine the spotlight on Faraci Lange legal team. My primary counsel was Ms. Lesley Niebel, Esq.. From the inception of my case to the end, she has been extremely professional, caring, empathic, and knowledgeable about the legal particulars of my case. I never felt rushed, nor pressured into making rash and non-informative decisions about my case. Lesley and her colleagues worked diligently to make sure I was compensated commensurate to my injuries. They held on with all their tenacity to make sure I was not under compensated for my serious injuries. I understand some attorneys are reputed for being cold hearted and only interested in the monetary outcome of their respective cases. However, this law firm showed me that not all attorneys fall in that group. I would strongly recommend them to any litigant(s) seeking a fair, caring, professional, experienced, and powerful legal team to represent you to the fullest extent of the law. Sincerely, Richard Myles I rate them 10/10

I was literally ignored by the WC Insurance Company and by my employer, actually it was worse than that. So I decided that it is time to reach out and I emailed Segar & Sciortino. My call was returned by Cristian Cruzado and he was patient and listened to me. While my case is still being sorted out at this time, and it might be a while until we can put it behind me, without Cristian's work, advice and guidance, I would still be lost and most definitely would have given up which is precisely what my employer, their lawyers and the WC Insurance had in mind from the beginning. I absolutely recommend Segar & Sciortino and especially Cristian Cruzado!!!

Many websites indicated this was a sign they were going to screw me over. Well, they did and I contacted Segar & Sciortino, whom I found on Google Maps as the highest rating. Well, ratings don't mean a thing. The person I spoke with indicated that the people who said I should retain a lawyer don't have their law degree and that I shouldn't believe everything I read on the internet. I was basically told that if the carrier stops paying me, then call them back. Well, I did get suspended and I did NOT call this place back.

I've gone through both the buying and selling process now with Kevin Hoyt and the team at Gallo, and cannot say enough about how seamless they made the process. There were some title issues that came up when I was purchasing my property back in 2018 that were taken care of without my having to worry about it, and when it came time to sell - the team here had my property ready to close two weeks ahead of schedule. Kevin's assistant, Dianne, is who I worked with primarily on the sale process. She was able to answer all of my questions and find all the necessary documentation without my having to do much of anything. I can't say how meaningful it was, in the midst of a very fast relocation, to know that this was part of the moving process I didn't need to worry about. I fully recommend Gallo if you're moving to, from, or within Rochester and looking for an attorney. They made a process that could have been incredibly stressful completely seamless, and I am grateful.
