I had an outstanding experience working with Aaron Parvey at Armada Real Estate in Fort Myers, FL…read more From the very beginning, Aaron took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and, more importantly, what would be the smartest long-term investment for me. I initially thought buying a condo was the right move because that what I always been use to and have in Boston, but Aaron patiently walked me through the pros and cons, helping me see why it might not be the best fit for my goals. Instead of simply showing properties, he educated me throughout the entire process and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, he found me an incredible home with amazing upgrades I didn't think I would be able to get, a significantly lower HOA, and at a price very close to what I would have paid for a condo. I ended up getting far more value than I expected. I'm thankful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Fort Myers area! Thanks again, Gordie Gronk

After my honest review, Renny Razor showed up at the condo office where I own a unit and tried to slander my name. A professional does not do that. When I contacted Armada, to advise them of my experience a broker / owner named Aaron asked how he could help. I said: return my daughter's security deposit. Instead, I got excuses about it being a "private transaction," despite the fact that every communication was on Armada email. Then came the most shocking part--a proposal to return the money only if I removed my review. For clarity: my review is based solely on my real experience through two purchases. The money owed is to my daughter--not to me. At this point, I honestly cannot tell who acted with less professionalism--the agent or the broker.

We were locked down first out of ALL the developments in the area and while the others have opened as has the CITY of Fort Myers, GL homes has refused to budge. They finally hung the hoop up and opened the pool recently. YET, NO gym, even with limited numbers. Singles only for tennis or pickle ball which is very hard considering the ages of the owners. NO gym even though CITY of Ft. Myers has been open for 2 weeks. You sign a packet 6 inches thick when you buy with them and they are tyrants. The homes are nice but the community isn't worth the headache. We will most like sell and move to Corkscrew Shores. Much nicer amenities and not run by a bunch of power hungry over paid staff with a taste for treating adults like children. We have received little to no feed back. We are to sit and wait until the big wigs meet and tell us if we can use the facilities we are paying top dollar for. Very frustrating to say the least. Should anything like this happen again a GL community is not where you want to being living.

After we signed the Listing Agreement, Lesley and her team immediately went to work listing our house. Unlike most realtors that only use one or no MLS applications, Lesley is a member of several MLS services that she uses in marketing your house. One of these MLS services is one of the largest MLS's in the world and holds the prestigious title of the fastest-growing MLS in North America. During the time our house was listed Lesley was always in contact giving us updates. During the 60 days our house was on the market we had several offers in which Lesley would coordinate counteroffers back and forth. With that, she would provide negotiation strategies during negotiations. Having been a buyer and subcontract manager for a major Defense Contractor for almost 40 years I have had a vast amount of negotiation experience. I could tell Lesley has had a lot of experience in negotiations and does it incredibly well. When we finally agreed upon a contract Lesley and her team made the whole process for us as easy as possible. Lesley sold our house in 60 days and we received our full listing price. In summary, the following words explain Lesley and her team: Prepared, Efficient, Tremendous Marketing, Fantastic Communication, Exceptional Negotiation Skills, and above all else a Vast Knowledge of the Real Estate Market.
