After being quoted some of the most ridiculous fees by so-called legitimate body shops in Miami…read more(Nothing more than exaggerations and lies) and feeling hesitant about trying this auto body shop, I took the chance based on a friend's recommendation who also used their services, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at FIXBODYCAR in Opa-Locka. When I arrived at their location on NW 32nd Ave, my concerns were put to rest by being transparent and asking for more reasonable prices for their work product. What truly stood out about this shop was how it delivered on its promises in an industry where reliability and honesty can be hit-or-miss; FIXBODYCAR proved otherwise. The team took the time to explain their process and kept me informed throughout the repair work. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident in the final result. The facility and Its location in Opa-Locka is a somewhat rustic workspace. Nevertheless, the work-product costs and turnaround time were reasonable, and there were no surprise costs or hidden fees--everything was transparent from start to finish. In an Ocean full of grifters... Fixbodycar was without question, pleasant surprise.

My insurance company referred me to Exquisite Auto Body for my car's repairs and I'm very happy with my experience with this shop and the repair outcome. My first visit went just fine, my second visit was terrible…read more If an insurance company is paying for your repairs, then you should be just fine. Especially if they are paying for a rental car. I found out the shop prioritizes these jobs and pays a lot of attention to detail. But boy oh boy, good luck to you if you come here paying out-of-pocket for your own vehicle. I had three broken car door handles. I stopped by the shop, they took a look, and said they would order and have the handles in within 1 to 2 days. They got those handles, but it took them three weeks before they could even see me to work on my car. It took two weeks before I could get a hold of the girl I originally spoke to, I kept calling over and over throughout the week and they told me she would call me back and she never did. When I finally did come in, damn. They only fixed two of the three door handles because they said they had the wrong piece for the third. They knew I had been waiting a long time so they said they would prioritize it and get me in right away. Not to mention there were marks all over the car doors that they fixed. And these marks did not come off easy. I took my car through a machine wash and also took a squeegee with some soap and it did not come off. When I called about it they told me they have to use a special tool for that. I guess they rushed because I was not an insurance accident vehicle. Additionally, I could no longer unlock my car from the passenger door, which was not a previous issue. I called back all the next week to try and make an appointment to come in and got the same delays as before. It took an additional 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. Absolutely ridiculous
