This time was a much more extensive and difficult repair - and the results were virtually PERFECT! I have a 2022 Mazda Miata RF GT in Soul Red - a VERY hard color to match - and both times I've dealt with one of the two owners - Tim - who matched the bumper cover, hood, and fenders beautifully - it was very difficult to tell that the car was ever damaged. Just as importantly, my dealings with the owners (mostly with Tim, but sometimes his partner Dan) were exceptional - Tim kept me posted of the progress, went out of his way to get new, OEM parts for the car with the insurance company appraiser when he thought that aftermarket parts wouldn't look good enough - and even helped with the return of the car rental, so that I could leave it there, and the rental company picked it up. My daughter recently took her vehicle to get a bumper repaired, several months later the bumper came back off. I personally contacted the owner and he informed me that they are not able to fix the bumper as she re-damaged again and it is not included under warranty. The owner charged $400.00 (second time around), and the vehicle still had damage to the paneling. I inquired as to why my daughter's vehicle was not completely repaired, Ray became hostile and said that we only paid for a certain part to be repaired. My daughter spent approximately $2,500.00 dollars total for a bumper that has not been repaired. Unfortunately, this issue has escalated and we have no choice but to file a civil claim so that we can get this issue resolved. As a mother of a young daughter who is the owner of the vehicle, the entire situation has been disheartening and frustrating for her. I decided enough of the bs with caliber I was told about paint Lux. After speaking to paint Lux on day one. I was able to get my claim moved over and had my inspection the first week. By the end of the second week all paperwork was finished and I had a repair drop off date. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I dropped my truck off and working 2 1/2 weeks my truck was finished. Not only that it was certified repaired, not pieced together like other body shops. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I would call they would answer, they tell me the status of my repairs. On top of that they detailed my truck before I picked it up.
