For the cooking class, he taught us how to prepare: fresh pesto, handmade pasta (tagliatelle), branzzino, calamari, bruschetta, mussels and clams, and a beautiful chocolate cake. The friendly and accommodating staff did not hesitate for one moment and graciously welcomed our party of 5 to a table. They encouraged us to place our orders since the kitchen would be closing soon. We never once felt rushed, the friendly staff chatted with us and shared a laugh or two while offering plate recommendations. That is not even the best part, the food began to arrive and we quickly realized just how amazing this dinner was going to be. My husband and I shared the fried fish over rice as it's for two, absolutely delicious! My daughters ordered the tagliatelle with tomato sauce with cheese (omg wow! My 4 year old devoured the plate without a word!) my lucky husband was given a bite and said it was the best pasta he's ever had. My other daughter aged 6 ordered the white fish special they had and it was cooked perfectly and every bite was full of flavor. My mother ordered the suckling pig, slow roasted for countless hours, melts in your mouth, bursting with flavor and the most amazing sauce. My mom usually hates sauce, always asks for it on the side and usually never eats it. She practically licked the plate.
